The instructions are small and hard to read, and having used it 5 times or so, I still need to read them to activate the ampule. Likely have not been consistent enough to see results..i have thyroid, hormonal and age related hair thinning. Results have been small or non-existent and I blame my body, not the product. I will say I’d like to see larger print instructions. This product is decent quality, though at least for me, not much value for the money.

I’ve been using this exactly as directed, and while I haven’t seen any dramatic, undeniable changes in my hair just yet, I know hair growth is a waiting game.
