    It absolutely works

    My wife uses and loves this stuff.She has been using it now for a few weeks and uses it after a normal shampooing.She has always dealt with frizzy and curly hair and this stuff helps soften her hair.She loves the texture and moisturizing and I like the smell lolIt definitely works and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.I would definitely recommend it to anyone and feel like it’s a great value for the money.

    Ginger hair mask

    This hair mask makes my hair soft and silky. The scent is very pleasing-it’s not a strong ginger smell, more of a soft, clean fragrance I can’t quite place, but I really enjoy it. I don’t have to use much to cover my hair even though it’s waist length. It works great and leaves my hair feeling nourished.

    Did nothing for me

    Super thin, no slip at all, left my hair feeling dry and frizzy. For reference, I have 2a Asian hair. I prefer masks and conditioners with silicones to help with softness and frizz but have found some silicone-free products I’ve liked before. This isn’t one of them. The aluminum seal was so hard to take off and ended up cutting my thumb. The mask itself feels super thin (not like water, but it definitely wasn’t decadent or creamy) and has no slip whatsoever, so detangling in the shower was a mess. I really felt like this did nothing for me :/ don’t waste your money or time

    Smooth and Soft Hair

    This hair mask worked well for my straight, dry hair. After just a few uses, my hair felt noticeably stronger, smoother, and appeared healthier. The texture of the hair mask is creamy and easy to apply, and it rinses out without any trouble. The scent is pleasant too. Nothing overpowering. Good value.

    Rarely does a product give you immediate results but in this case this Hair balm makes a huge difference after just one use.After shampooing and rinsing your hair you apply in lighter amounts at the top increasing the application at mid length and tail end of hair. This will prevent dryness, soften and give a silky quality and sheen to your hair.After 5 minutes rinse and comb (do not combine with any other conditioner)Especially effective for frizzy, dry and untamed hair.Pleasant smell, no harsh chemicals — all naturalRecent price drop to $14.99 makes this VERY competitive for conditioners. I RECOMMEND.

    Works for old gray men’s hair too

    I have long gray hair that I do very little with in the way of conditioning but did use whatever product the wife left in the shower at the time. I added this product to my routine and am generally pleased.I noticed a softening and better control after using this product. I find less breakage and better texture overall. Virtually no knots and tangling when drying. The aroma is fresh, natural and not chemical or overly perfumed. I have continued to use the product consistently and like the results.I would prefer a better packaging technique. A simple bottle with spot would be preferred. The container is flimsy and flexes when attempting to open them I have to extract some with my fingers. The product is not so thick that a typical shampoo / conditioner spout would not work

    This is a really good hair mask for curly hair. The only downside is consistency of the formula is runny so it can be messy to apply. The products value is great. Effective as a mask or conditioner. The ginger smell is obvious but not too strong. Suitable for use by anyone: men, women, etc. My hair feels softer and slicker after use and is easy to detangle.

    Did not conditioner my hair at all

    For reference, I have butt length, color treated, fine but dense 2b/2c (irish curls) hair. I need a lot of moisturizing and hydration to keep my hair from frizzing, especially after coloring. I like products that give hydration without weighing my hair down. I prefer scents that are lighter and fade after the hair is dry.This hair mask was much thinner than the ones I have used in the past. I followed the directions on the jar, but I did not get the results of a deep contioner. Honestly, I feel like my hair felt worse than when I just use a regular conditioner. My hair almost felt like I did not use conditioner at all. It felt very straw like and knotty. I assumed I did something wrong, so I attempted to use it again and got the same results. So, I am assuming this deep conditioning mask is just not right for my hair. The smell is a fsirly strong ginger and citronella type smell, like the mosquito candles. The ingredients do not show any fragrence, just ginger root extract and tumeric root extract. If I had to guess, i would think it is ginger and lanilool/limeonl.The price point of $15 is reasonable, but slightly more than I typically pay for a simple hair mask. Since this one actually made my hair feel worse than a regular conditioner, I cannot reccomend this for anyone with dry hair. I guess this might work for someone with normal to oily hair or someone who does not color treat their hair, but I would not personally risk it. It is a shame, as I enjoy nail products from this brand, but this was a miss. Also, the brand is Melous, but the jar says Sandor as the branding.
