Gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t get hot enough on the hottest setting. Other than that it is a great product. My $10 hair dryer actually dries just as fast because it gets hotter but that is not a deal breaker. It blows hard so it does what it says. And super lightweight which I love!

Do not purchase
I received this blow dryer back in February. It worked well and I was happy I purchased it. However, by the beginning of April I could not change the air power or the amount of heat. It was stuck on the lowest power and the lowest heat. It was too late to return. I contacted customer service and they told me to look at the magnetic filter and check for dust, they said if that didn’t work it was too late to return. I tried what they suggested and that did not work. I explained that for the amount of money I spent it should not stop fully functioning after 2 months. Again, it was stated to me that it was too late to return. Next time I purchase a hair drier I will buy from a store where it can be returned if it stops working after 2 months.

I didnt realize blow drying my hair could be better than just blow drying my hair. This hair dryer has been a nice change. Its light weight. Seems to get the job done pretty fast. Leaves my hair silky smooth. The more I go over it as im drying the more silky like and softer if gets. I have wavy hair. But I use my wet/dry hair brush as im drying and my strands are nice and straight. My hair feels healthier from using this device. I am glad I bit the bullet for what is considered to be an expensive hair dryer to me. I have never got to try Dyson or shark so I cant compare. But I am an enthusiast with what’s the best for the cheaper side of things. This hair dryer has won me over. I personally love it. It is a learning curve to not put your hand on the bottom as you dry because the filter is there. However, I have gotten mostly used to that. It is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But maybe it just has to be designed that way. Im just as happy with my purchase today as the 1st day I tried it. And look forward to everytime I dry my hair because its gonna look so good. Oh and the AI mode has turned out to be my favorite mode. Its like it knows what my hair wants.
