The capsule was rock hard..couldn’t twist open…had to use heavy duty scissors to cut open capsule…serum worked nicely once I was able to get it out of capsule.

They are for applying to your hair to make it feel and look better. Please make sure you understand that!These are very small little capsules. You can see how many fit in the palm of my hand in the photo. You twist the top off and then squeeze the contents into your hand and apply it to your hair.The effect: These capsules serve up a very tiny amount of oil. I think the reason it’s so small is that if you put much more, your hair would become greasy and not look better at all. At this level of application, it did make a very small difference in the dryness of my hair, and it looked marginally better, but only marginally.I should mention here that as an ‘older’ person, my hair has changed texture and has become quite dry and brittle as I age. I need “help” to make it look and feel better. But I am not sure at all that this product has enough of the “help” that I need to make it worth the cost.For the cost (currently about $26), there’s just not much there. This small bottle of capsules (30, per the description) doesn’t, for me, quite give me the level of improvement I want on my hair. Add to that the fact that the vast majority of the contents of this “vitamin bottle” are capsules, not oil, and I have to say I’d not buy it again.It’s an okay product, but not in my mind worth that much money.

Convenient and compact capsules
As with most supplements and beauty products, hard to say how effective these actually are. Things I can say instead:- pre-portioned capsules are super convenient- compact packaging is great for crowded bathroom shelves- it is indeed non-greasy, easy to apply and absorbs quickly into hair (see before-during-after photos)- scent is fairly mild, though the argan oil smell is a bit strong (I’m not a fan, YMMV)Overall decent value as far as hair oil capsules go!

Something I Can’t Live Without! What Makes This Different?
If you use a hair dryer, straighten your hair or need frizz control, a product with dimethicone works beautifully. When silicone hair products started appearing, it was one of the happiest days of my life! I could straighten my hair all by myself! But there are differences in how these products are made. Some are too heavy and weigh hair down with oil. What I wanted was a lightweight (silicone) product and I wanted it to to do more for my hair than just tame flyaways. Well, this product feels great. It absorbs into the hair, doesn’t weigh it down and makes styling easy and hair smooth.INTENPURE states that it has vitamins A, C, E and Pro Vit. B. It also contains biotin, argan oil, avocado oil and other botanicals, but I don’t know what else is in it or how much is in it. This jar is about a fourth the size of my current hair repair serum (which also contains vitamins, keratin and collagen – pic). INTENPURE is a great, lightweight styling product and works well with my hair, but my salon product (sold here on Amazon) contains 4.2 ounces of similar ingredients and costs about the same. I would need to use three ampules per day of INTENPURE. That means there’s 10 days of product in this tiny bottle for my hair. Unless this has an incredible ingredient I don’t know about, I’ll be sticking with my current product.
