EXCELLENT! Wonderful Scent, great frizz & dryness control
I could not be happier with this – it is now my favorite leave-in hair treatment/conditioner. Two things make it stand out to me – the absolutely wonderful fragrance (light, feminine, floral), and how well it works to make my hair look younger and less dry. I am almost 70 years old, and my hair looks it – dry, brittle, lots of frizzy areas. I have to apply a lot of conditioner, and even then my hair doesn’t look smooth or silky like when I was younger. I often use leave-in conditioners, but they can cause my hair to stick together in clumps or mats and to feel slick. I use this hair treatment in the same way I use leave-in conditioners, by applying it to my damp hair after I have showered, but I found it also works well on totally dry hair. It is easy to get it distributed all over my hair with just my fingers, and it makes my hair look smooth & full. It also makes it feel soft and natural. The ingredient list in this is pretty long and includes the essentials like kerogen, collagen, ceramides, and peptides, as well as a few botanical ingredients. This is an impressive product – I love it!

Softer hair in a bottle!
Despite my concerns when I unboxed this, it’s actually a great product! I was worried when the lettering on the bottle was already coming off/had already come off in places – there were some ingredients I couldn’t read. And I’m going to put whatever’s inside this bottle on my hair?! I was skeptical.But, I wanted to try it. I put it on my damp hair after I showered, before blow drying. Normally, I alternate between an Amika and a Redkin product for heat protecting, detangling, leave-in-conditioning, frizz-control (you know, the whole nine yards). This product smelled nice, felt nice on my hand. It didn’t feel that great on my hair when I applied it, but I was all-in, it was time to dry!As I blow dried, I noticed that it didn’t help keep my hair detangled quite as well as my usual products – I have pretty long hair and lots of it, but it’s fine and gets a little wild as it blows around. After I was done though, my hair was just as soft as when I use my usual products!. We had a pretty humid day with some misting, and my hair held up well.Overall, if they could work on their packaging, it wouldn’t be far off from the luxury brands – and it’s already priced there.

Well, I was a little skeptical right outta the gate when I opened this up. If the lettering on your fancy “luxury” bottle is already rubbin’ off before you even open it… you might have a packaging problem! Mine had black scratches, scratches on the cap, and overall looked more “discount bin” than high-end salon.Quality & Packaging:The bottle tries real hard to look expensive, but it doesn’t quite pull it off. For the price, I expected something sturdier and a little more polished.Performance:I like the list of ingredients, but if you’ve got thick or frizzy hair like mine, be prepared to use a lot of product. That means the bottle won’t last long. Folks with thinner hair might get better mileage out of it.How I Used It:I tried it both on damp hair after showering and on dry hair before heading out. The smell was nice, but applying it didn’t feel all that special. After blow drying, the frizz control was decent, but nothing to write home about. In humidity, I got maybe a few hours before the frizz came back, which is about the same performance I get from cheaper drugstore options.Value:For the price, I was hopin’ for “fancy salon” results, but honestly it performed more like a budget brand with fancier packaging.Final Thoughts:If you’re expecting miracles, you might be disappointed. Decent Frizz Control… but a Bit Pricey
I got this because I live in a very humid area, and frizz is part of daily life. I wanted to see if it could actually help reduce frizz and strengthen my hair. The texture feels more like a light gel and it has a light, pleasant scent… possibly floral? It was easy to apply by rubbing it into the lengths of my hair and then brushing through to distribute it. It absorbed quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky feel, and it added a bit of shine without making my hair look oily.In use, it definitely helped tone down frizz, though it did not eliminate it entirely. The directions suggest applying from halfway down your hair to the ends, which means the frizz on the top of my head would be left untouched. I applied some to the top for photos, and it helped there too, though still not perfect. It worked on both damp and dry hair, helped with detangling, and for my mid-back length hair, about a quarter-sized amount was enough for the lower half.I gave this 4 stars because it does help reduce frizz and makes hair feel smoother, but it does not eliminate frizz entirely. The price also feels a bit high for what you get, especially since I normally use a keratin spray that works almost as well for about a third of the cost. It is a decent option, but I would not get it again.

I like this stuff. The smell is pleasant and simple, and I don’t need to put a ton on to get results. I believe it protects my hair from the ravages of my curling iron. I can see how this could become prone to build up, it feels as if it coats the hair to protect it, so putting more on will pile the coating on. The bottle pushes out a minute amount, I wouldn’t use much more than that and spread it around best you can. It starts to melt on contact with my skin almost immediately, and can be made thinner by warming it up with my hands before putting it on.

Luxury Price, Drugstore Performance – Packaging Issues
I was a little skeptical at first. The lettering on the bottle was already coming off in some spots, so some of the ingredients were hard to read, random black marks around, and scratches all over the cap. The product feels kind of cheap but also tries to feel expensive. You can tell it’s going for a more luxury vibe, but the packaging, ingredients, and overall quality don’t really match the price, so I’m not sure it’s the best value.I do like the ingredients, but to actually tame my frizz, I had to use a lot of product. With long, thick hair, the bottle would run out super fast, so it might be better suited for thinner hair.I applied it to damp hair after showering, and dry hair too before leaving the house. It smelled nice but it didn’t feel amazing when I applied it to my hair. After blow drying, the frizz control was okay but not amazing. In Florida’s humidity, it lasted a few hours, which is fine, but honestly I can get similar results from cheaper drugstore products.Overall, it’s not terrible and has some nice qualities, but I don’t think it lives up to the price or the luxury image it’s trying to give.
