    Synthetic wig saver!

    On a whim we tried it for something it wasn’t advertised for – synthetic wig repair. My partner has one that was quite rough and worn, but it’s a favourite and we haven’t wanted to spend the $$$ or time looking for a replacement yet.I was holding the brush waiting for it to heat up, saw the wig and thought “Why not?” and gave it a tentative brush. Y’ALL.While the piece was too far gone for a complete restoration, the improvement is AMAZING. It went from being crispy and crinkly to being smooth and straight.The fact that it’s cordless made it very easy to move around and brush the wig from mutiple angles without worrying about getting tangled or knocking things off the sink with a cord.I do like that there’s the push thingie on the back of the brush so that you can clean out any trapped hair, though it seems a little wobbly.The only MAJOR issue that I have with it is the placement of the power button. I keep hitting it with my pinky and accidentally shutting it off. I have to ding it for that because its a very frustrating design flaw.

    A compact hair straightener? Yes, please! Super compact and small enough to throw in a beach bag, work bag, or gym bag. Because it’s a travel device, it feels really well-made and very durable. It arrived already charged, but was quick to recharge with the included charging cable. I don’t use it every day, and the charge really lasted a long time. Of note, though, you cannot use it while it’s charging, so you have to be sure it’s charged up before heading out.The digital display is easy to read and gives you several options for heat levels. As for heating up, that process is much faster than I expected and ridiculously convenient because of it. For its small size, it did a surprisingly good job on my thick hair. It really worked like a champ, taming the frizz and making my hair nice and smooth.My only gripe about it was that because it’s kind of meant to be a travel accessory, I wish it had come with some sort of travel bag, but it didn’t, and I knew that when I got it, so that’s fine.Overall, it’s an amazing little powerhouse for on-the-go touch-ups.

    Very nice hot brush

    This hot brush works really well. It is cordless and comes with a charging cord, which makes it really easy to use. I was a little bit daunted by this hot brush but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. I took a look at the instructions and figured out how to use it pretty easily.I tried to straighten and comb out my daughter’s hair. It worked well. The adjustable heat level worked good for her hair because I could adjust it and make it hot enough to straighten her hair but not burn it.The straight bristles worked a lot better than w round brush on her long hair. It really kept this product from getting caught in her hair. The round ones really get tangled easily.My daughter’s hair looked really cute when we finished straightening it. The battery lasted well the whole time with no issues. This hot brush smoothed out the puffy areas and really left it smooth and pretty. We both were really satisfied with it.

    Doesn’t get hot enough!

    This is a basic portable hair straightener that does a decent job on the go. It doesn’t do as well of a job as a flat iron but it does straighten. I’m a natural with 4B hair and this straightener gave me a blowout look after using it. I used it on the highest setting and it doesn’t get hot enough for a sleek look. I made sure my hair was properly combed, moisturized and detangled and it didn’t snag or pull out my hair. I also used a heat protectant and it took more than one pass to straighten. It heats up fast but it also cuts off when it reaches the desired temperature. The footprint is small and it’s lightweight enough to carry around or travel with without getting in the way.If you’re a natural with a similar hair texture, It’s okay if you just want to quickly straighten your hair for easier styling but if you want to straighten it for a sleek heat press or for blending, I would stick with a flat iron.

    decent brush for basic straightening needs

    Brush works well depending on your hair type.If you have the type of hair that works with most any straightener, then this one is a good pick.It heats up relatively quickly, and gets pretty hot for a cordless model.it has a real time temperature display too which is great as not many have that option.It is super easy to use, lightweight and relatively small for a portable unit.The down side is that it doesn’t work for everyone. If you have difficult to straighten hair, this brush will do you no favors

    Good travel option or to keep at the office

    I received this Hair Straightener Brush/Cordless Straightener. It comes with the charger, straightener, a couple clips, and a comb.The product comes packaged nice. The instructions were straight forward and it was easy to get it ready to use.It only heats to 200 degrees which is a little disappointing, but it did ultimately work well for its size and for the temperature.I did find the product was a little difficult to fully straighten because the heated bristles push your hair away and required more passes through the hair.I do think this is good for travel, or even keeping at the office for touch ups as the listing suggests.
