A Good Choice
Fast, Comfortable and Easy to CleanThis head shaver does a surprisingly good job and is much easier than trying to shave my head with a regular razor. The six floating heads move with the shape of your scalp instead of fighting against it, and it covers a good amount of area with each pass. It gives me a close, even shave without having to keep going over the same spots.I really like the magnetic shaving head because it pops off quickly when it is time to clean it. Being able to use it wet or dry is also convenient, and the digital battery display is much better than guessing how much charge is left. The shape fits comfortably in my hand and makes it easy to reach the back and sides of my head.For the price, I think this is an excellent alternative to some of the much more expensive head shavers. It is comfortable, quick, easy to maintain, and the rechargeable battery lasts plenty long enough between charges. Five stars.

A head razor that does it’s main job well without additional features
I have tried lots of electric head shavers over the last few years and this is in the top tier. It has all the right features.The foil blades are positioned well and pivot to conform to the different shapes. So it works good not just the top of my head, but I even get a good close shave all over. The blades pivot inward collectively, as opposed to some that allow each blade to move, which surprisingly works better in my opinion.The foil blades are the most common variety, which is great because you can eventually replace them with any of the many different brands that are available instead of being restricted to having to buy proprietary blade replacement parts.This design lends itself to a very easy cleanup. It’s IPX7 waterproof so it can be completely submerged in water without any damage. Combine that with a magnetic attachment for removing the blades and cleanup takes literally just a few seconds. Unlike other designs that require each blade to be individually opened on a hinge, this just detaches to rinse under the sink.The battery lasts for about 2 and a half hours after charging for 2 hours, but I only use it for a few minutes at most, so in the rare case that it runs out of charge I can plug it in for 5 minutes of charging and have time left over after a fully shaving my head. It almost never gets to that situation because the digital display counts down the remaining charge, so I know when to charge it long before the battery gets low. I will use this daily for close to a month before the fully charged battery runs out.The features are pretty limited, but I would rather have this razor that works great rather than one with extra features that doesn’t provide as close of a shave.No extra attachments, no extra speeds or special shaving modes. Just on/off and a travel lock when you hold the power button for 3 seconds.I recommend this head razor.

Shaver with magnetic head attachment — center head doesn’t float
I have reviewed dozens of these no-name cordless multi-purpose shaving kits. Amazon is loaded with them. Most of them are extremely similar, outside of cosmetics–and they’re almost all made in the same few factories. Almost all the older multi-head shavers (5-10 heads) have a serious Achilles heel: The central head of the rotary head shaving attachment is difficult to remove, doesn’t float, and can’t hold much hair before it needs to be cleaned.Recently, a new style of rotary head attachment has appeared that is attached to the shaver via strong magnets. This is a tremendous improvement. The entire thing easily snaps on/off–held in place by those magnets. When it snaps off, you have immediate access to the clipped hair reservoir. This has a significant advantage over shavers with the old style heads: You can easily remove all the shaver heads for cleaning up hair that’s been shaved. Until you’ve dealt with the old style heads, you won’t appreciate how much of a benefit this is. But, trust me, this is so much more convenient.Now, there are two styles of magnetic head attachments I’ve tested. The first, like this, does NOT provide much float for the center head. The other heads can adjust to the contours of your face (see photos), but the center head is pretty much stuck in place. A second style of magnetic head provides float for the center head, as well.The downside of the head unit on this shaver is that it’s fully integrated, so it appears you have to replace the entire head assembly when it gets dull. It’s not clear to me where you would get a head like this on the 3rd party market yet, or what it might cost.The only accessories that comes with this shaver are a USB charging cord, a travel sack, a plastic head protector for the shaver, and a small cleaning brush.The shaver is controlled via a simple on/off button. There’s a soft lockout mode (for travel) that you can activate with a 3s push. You get 90 minutes run time with a 90 minute charge.The device is relatively big and chunky but feels comfortable in the hand if you have a larger hand.On the whole, the magnetic rotary hair cutter is the main attraction here, and while I’m happy it’s the newer magnetic style, the lack of float on the center head is a disappointment.Pros:** New style shaver head attaches/detaches magnetically, allowing easy cleaning** Li-Ion battery: 90 minutes charge for 90 minutes run time** Shaver does a decent job on the face** Shaver is IPX7 water resistant** 3s soft lockout mode for travel** USB-C standard charging portCons:** Must replace entire shaving head unit when one/more blades get dull; not clear where to source replacements** This type of magnetic cutting attachment does not have a floating center head** Might be too big and chunky for small hands

Decent shaver, well made, long battery life
Pretty decent quality shaver. I use this on my legs, and it does a decent job. Of course an electric shaver is never quite as close as a razor but it does a pretty good job overall. There’s not a lot of bells and whistles on this one. Just on/off with no adjustments for speed or closeness, but it still does pretty well. For me, the closeness is about the same as 24ish hours after a razor shave – pretty close, but can still feel a light sprinkling of stubbles starting to come through. While that’s not optimal – for an electric shaver shave, it’s pretty good – especially for those days that you’re in a hurry and need to get out the door without looking like a Sasquatch but don’t have time for razor. It’s made well, feels sturdy and the battery holds up pretty well. It has an easy to read lighted display, and turns on/off easily with the push of a button. It has a heavy plastic cap that protects the blades, a velvet drawstring carry bag and USBC charging cord. Pretty nice option if you’re not looking to break the bank!

Surprised by this shaver
First off the texturing on the bodybuilding the shaver is nice, makes gripping the unit super nice. Simple push on push off control with a nice big display for power indicator. Noise is actually pretty low and the unit shaver really well. Note i used it on hair that was short from being already shaved and just shaving regrowth. This is up their with the name brands for quality but a fraction of the price. I’ve yet to use it enough to drain the battery but in the first use it did not even drop below 99% so battery life should be good.

Affordable Head Shaver That Works Well but Doesn’t Shave Quite as Close
This head shaver is surprisingly affordable when compared to many of the more established brands on the market. It feels comfortable in the hand, and the 6D floating head does a good job following the contours of the scalp for a quick, easy shave.One feature I particularly like is the magnetic removable head. It pops off easily for cleaning, making maintenance much simpler than with some other shavers I’ve used. The waterproof design also gives you the option of shaving wet or dry, depending on your preference.The LED display is helpful for keeping track of battery life, and the Type-C charging is convenient since it uses the same type of cable as many other devices. Battery life has been good, and the included storage bag is a nice addition for travel or keeping everything together.The main drawback is that it doesn’t shave quite as close as I would like. It leaves a bit of stubble behind, so if you’re looking for a completely smooth, razor-like finish, this may not fully meet your expectations.Overall, this is a budget-friendly head shaver with useful features, easy cleanup, and solid performance, but it sacrifices a little closeness in the shave. It offers good value for the price.

Great Ergonomics and a Clever Alternative when a traditional razor isn’t practical
I know this is marketed as a bald head shaver, but I actually bought it for a completely different purpose. I have chronic illnesses, and there are days when bending over in the shower or using a traditional razor just isn’t realistic. My hands also don’t always cooperate the way I’d like, so I was looking for something that was comfortable to hold and easy to use for quick touch-ups on my legs.The ergonomic design is what caught my attention, and it absolutely delivers. The rounded handle fits naturally in my hand and is much easier for me to grip than many traditional electric razors. It feels comfortable to use, even on days when my hands are giving me trouble.As expected with any electric rotary shaver, it cuts very close but not completely smooth. You’re not going to get the same perfectly smooth finish as a wet razor, but I wasn’t expecting that. For me, it’s more about keeping my legs comfortable between regular shaves or on days when showering just isn’t an option.Since it’s designed for shaving a head rather than legs, the process does take longer because of the smaller circular shaving surface. That’s not a criticism of the product—I’m simply using it outside of its intended purpose.I also appreciate how easy it is to clean. The shaving head pops off with very little effort, and snaps right back into place. The rechargeable battery is another plus since I don’t have to keep buying disposable batteries.For my particular situation, this has been a fantastic purchase. If you have arthritis, chronic illness, limited mobility, or simply want an easy way to do a quick touch-up without pulling out a traditional razor, this is definitely worth considering. It has made those “I just need to take care of this really quickly” moments much easier, and for that alone, it earns five stars from me.
