Regret buying this
This product smells like the fake grape smell that is often used to flavor kids medicine. My daughter and I both hate this smell. Besides, it left my daughters hair completely dull and unmanageable. After a couple days, it was literally one big knot. The whole bottle went in the trash. Waste of money.

Yummy smell
When I was little, I had a doll with scented hair, and I absolutely loved it. This stuff reminds me of that doll with scented hair. Also, my daughter has fine straight hair, and when she wakes up in the morning or from a nap, the poor thing usually has a literal nest on the side or back of her head. I use the detangler spray to tame it and reduce pain as I brush it out and it works like a charm keeping the frizziness away. I use it everyday and I really don’t know what I’d do without it at this point. My daughter would be a walking fuzz ball with tiny birds nesting on her head if it weren’t for this stuff.

Detangling but drying
I love the hip peas brand but this is a no go in my book. It does a wonderful job of detangling but then again so does water however after applying no matter how well I oil her hair this product severely dries it out to the point it ends up horribly matted after an hour.

My absolute favorite hair detangler! I use it on myself and my daughter and we both have long hair and horrible allergies. Usually detanglers cause rashes and itching on us both but not with this one! It smells great, light airy fragrance. Works like a charm and DOESN’T MAKE HAIR GREASY. What else can you ask for?

Works well
This detangling spray smells very nice and works out my son’s worst rats’ nests with even very gentle strokes of a comb. His hair is naturally very shiny, so this product doesn’t do much in that respect, even dulls it a little bit unlike others’ experience. However, that doesn’t bother us, and he loves it so much, he often brings me the bottle and a comb even when his hair isn’t tangled or cowlicked up. My only one concern is that the pump spray piece comes off easily, which can be a concern with a product that smells like apples and that is frequently in reach of small children.

Leaves Hair Sticky
My daughter has long straight hair which tends to get tangled at the ends. I decided to try this product because the reviews are so great and because there is more product for the money compared to the detangler I was using before. (Honest Company) This detangler does what it says, it helps take the knots out of hair. However, it leaves a sticky coating on the hair which is crusty when dried. It doesnt smell the nicest either. It reminds me of fabric softener. It’s a big pass for me.

Works well but the spayer did not “spray”
I am not really an expert in hair care products. This is based on my limited experience when I got involved in a child hair de-tangling. As hair de-tangling it works in a similar way as the other ones that I tried, but it has fewer components and they all seem natural. So, from this side I think this is a very good product due to its seemingly healthy nature and would be my preferred product if not for a small problem.I give it three stars because the sprayer does not work correctly. The sprayer produces very narrow directed spray. I bought only one bottle and not sure if this is just production defect or they are all like that.

Works like a dream!
My mom was mostly bed ridden for days, and couldn’t brush her hair as she had an extremely tender spot from a head bump….she had another mess about 4″x3″x1″ and it was too painful to brush out. Used the spray and slowly brushed out her knot mess nearly painlessly…couldn’t believe how well it worked!!! Definitely recommend *******
