NICE MOISTURIZER
This hair treatment mask smells phenomenal first of all, second it left my hair really soft. Like super soft. It helped tame the frizz a bit, and also smells great while on. It only took a little, and I was able to easily brush through my hair. I don’t know that it’s any better than a conditioner, or does any repairing of anything like it claims. But it really is nice for conditioning.

Great ingredients, but may not be ideal for protein-sensitive curls
This deep conditioning mask has an impressive ingredient list — maca root for strength, B-vitamins for softness, and purslane for lightweight hydration. The texture is creamy, the scent is subtle, and it spreads easily through the hair.I used it as a leave-in and as a rinse-out. It definitely adds volume and definition, but my curls tend to be very protein-sensitive, so I personally experienced more dryness and frizz than I expected. Someone with stronger or coarser curls may have great results with the strengthening benefits.The ingredients are excellent, and I think this would be a good fit for curl types that like a little extra structure and support.

Improves shine and softness
This has improved the shine and softness, it has also helped tame the frizzys. On my hair it has been effective in reducing the frizzy hair which that is what I had hoped. The scent is nice, it is easy to use and rinse out nice. I like it and recommend it.

Works surprisingly well to help damaged hair
This stuff is great. Fragrance is kinda “old lady” but not crazy overwhelmingly bad. Definitely seems to be nourishing my hair and reducing frizz, restoring damaging. Not friendly to color treated hair if youre worried about preserving the color, but if its hydration, revive and repair you’re interested in, I highly recommend! Grab it on sale and it’s a steal!

HKY Hair Mask,Collagen Repair Conditioner- Made my hair smooth, detangled
I’ve been bleaching my hair and toning over the past couple of weeks. Tonight I tried a new shampoo for the first time. After shampooing my hair puffed up and there was no change after conditioning. So, I decided to try this out.The first thing I found with this was that a little goes a long way. I had forgotten to take the seal off before I got in the shower, so I removed it there in the shower. I wasn’t sure what to do with the seal as it had a bit of conditioner on it so I brushed it against my hair so the conditioner transferred and tossed the seal out of the shower. When I went to spread what I’d put in from the seal, it seemed like it was a lot more than I’d noticed. I then took a scoop and as I started working it into I realized that I had way too much. It was the same amount I need with other deep conditioners but for some reason a little was a lot more with this. Maybe my hair just wasn’t ignoring it, I don’t know. It sat for about 5 minutes before I rinsed it out.When rinsing, my hair became smooth and detangled and once I was out of the shower, I could comb through it with no issues. This definitely did something. I can’t say for sure it didn’t just coat it with something, but whatever it was, it settled my hair and made a visible difference.So as of now, I am very surprised and happy with this. I will continue using and tracking results. I’m hopeful it’s really as good as it seems right now.

I ordered the HKY Collagen Repair Hair Mask for myself because my hair was badly damaged by a stylist. I have baby fine, fly away hair that is always tangled, frizzy, and looks damaged. Possibly my new favorite hair mask and I tried a bunch
**Background:** I’m growing out my hair at 50 for the first time. One reason I haven’t done so before is because my hair tends to be very dry and frizzy. I have thick Asian hair with low porosity, and I struggle to keep it moisturized.I like a hair mask that works well—it’s TSUBAKI premium hair mask https://a.co/d/c4e2sVy. I’m quite picky, but I decided to try this one anyway. I’m not affiliated in any way; I test many products and reviews, and this has always been my go-to hair mask, so I use it as a benchmark.**First Impression:** It’s a thin, banana pudding-like paste that feels oily. There’s a slight perfume scent, but it doesn’t linger after rinsing. It applies more thinly than I’m used to.**Method:** I usually use a hair mask once a week. My routine includes shampooing, lightly towel-drying, applying the mask, then wearing a shower cap and a heated cap for 20 to 30 minutes. Afterward, I rinse with cool water and follow with my regular conditioner.That’s how I used this product. I really like my usual product, so I’m comparing it to that. The only thing I noticed is that my hair wasn’t as soft immediately after using this mask compared to my usual one.But after finishing my routine—conditioning with my regular conditioner, then using a lightweight conditioner and hair oil—I have to say this might be better than what I was using, and it’s now my favorite. Does the job, but that scent though…
I really wanted to love this hair mask, and in some ways I do! The HKY Collagen Repair Hair Mask definitely delivers on its promise to make hair softer – after using it, my hair felt noticeably smoother and more manageable. The texture is rich and creamy (as you can see from the pic), and it spreads easily through my hair with a wide tooth comb.The formula seems well-thought-out with ingredients like maca root extract, collagen, and panthenol. I can tell it’s doing good work on my chemically-treated hair, and the 14.11 fl oz size is generous for the price point.But here’s where we hit a snag – the scent is *intense*. It’s not necessarily a bad smell, but it’s just so overpowering that it becomes distracting. I found myself not being able to sleep after washing my hair with it.Would I repurchase?
