Let me take you down this journey with me. At times it will be almost overwhelming but I assure you this soap is sheer pleasure. Upon arrival I opened the amazon cardboard box and discovered a small biodegradable looking container that suited the magical bar perfectly. I opened it’s shell revealing the most lovely scent I’ve ever smelled. Its a mint smell. I know what your thinking big deal mint? Wrong! This is no ordinary mint. This mint not only refreshes your beard and your skin it also refreshes your very soul. I cut off a corner using a stilleto style switch blade as to not wast the bar and I took the small jewel with me into the shower and after rinsing myself I could wait no longer. I grabbed the potent gem and began to rub it along my beard. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It’s the smell of spring after a fresh rain. It’s the smell of a newborn baby. It’s the smell of fresh baked cookies. It’s the smell of a good Texas bbq. It’s the smell of your loves perfume. It’s walking through kawachi fuji-en garden in spring and breathing it all in. It’s that first breath of air when you dive too deep in Belize and aren’t sure if you will make it to the surface. Then the lathering begins and you realize you need very little of this prized soap. It envelopes and cuddles your face taking you even deeper into its magical embrace. At first it feels like a gentle tide on the shores of cozumel as the foam gently tickles your toes. Nice Lather, Very Mild Fragrance
About my beard: I have a short beard that is very coarse and coiled. If I don’t wash it often, I end up getting painful. ingrown hairs. This wash produces a nice lather which helps make my beard manageable for combing and oiling. The scent of the wash is mild so much so that’s nearly unnoticeable. I like it to be a tad more fragrance. I typically wash my beard each morning, and the bar last for a while.

I’ve used many beard washes and I like this one the best. The scent is great, the lather terrific and it softens and cleans wonderfully. The thing that I like the most though is it lasts a long time. The value here is spectacular.

Yes, buy this. The fancy shampoos aren’t what they used to be.
After being burned by so many respective name brands that apparently changed their recipe, I decided to just give this a try. In some cases these big brands “burned” or more so irritated my face and made the flaking worse.I was not disappointed and will be buying more when this runs out. Just scrub that bar into your skin under the beard, massage, lather then rinse. Has a nice smell to it and comes in varieties.I won’t lie, I kinda scoffed at the idea of using a bar versus liquid but don’t let it’s looks fool you. This is a quality product that blows the way these big brand washes are these days.I’m sure some of you have noticed the big brands loosing their quality and even smelling like baby powder. I’ve used some of these brands for 6 years and making the switch was a great decision.I recommend once a week to let your beard and skin soak in extra virgin coconut oil overnight night and every other day at the very least using this bar for those who flake a lot and itch, follow it up after a decent dry with some balm and you’ll be feeling like the beard man you were meant to be.I really appreciate this bar y’all and thank you for making a quality product for a great price that blows the shampoos new recipes out of the water.Please never change in quality and price.I will continue to buy this.I’d like to see what y’all make for curly hair that flakes and itches. Maybe I’ll consider growing my top hair out if I see something come from your company for that purpose.Thank you

Men with manly beards.This is my second order from Honest For Men. Smells good. Cleans your beard while softening it. The bar, while being expensive, lasts a long time, making it worth good price. I’ve been using Honest For Men several years. It’s a quality product.

Very Long-Lasting Shampoo Bar
This beard shampoo is first and foremost the longest-lasting bar I’ve had. I previously purchased two other competing beard shampoo bars (Prof. Fuzzworthy’s Apple Tonic through Amazon and St. Kilda Beard through their own website), and while all three have cleaned my beard perfectly, this one is simply bigger and has now outlasted the other two twofold. The competitors I only got to Day 36, and today I’m at Day 65 and STILL have a good-sized bar left. I also love the scent of this one the best, too, as the mint tea tree oil really smells nice in the shower. I am looking forward to trying Maple Hill’s other scented beard shampoos.
