Works good. Heats up fast and stays hot longer. I think the full plate instead of 2 separated works better though. My hair is thick and wavy and this doesn’t seem to work as well as the large plates.

This is a must have for anyone that wants straight zero frizz hair. I have grey frizzy hair and my daughter has long thick wavy hair. This is the best tool I have ever used on both of us. It heats up fast, easy to use, and takes one swipe no need to go over the hair again. Both of us have perfectly straight hair with zero frizz. My hair hasn’t looked this great in years. It usually take me 20 minutes to straighten my daughters thick wavy hair. It takes 10 minutes or less to straighten her hair now! If you’re on the fence about purchasing this just do it!

It glides on smoothly and makes your hair bone straight. It is well worth the money, and I recommend it. I wish i would have known about this sooner

Best flat iron
My hairdresser uses this flat iron in his shop. I had my first one for years until my daughter’s hijacked it and had to buy a second one. It straightens my hair in one swipe, no need for multiple passes. I can straighten all my hair in less than 10 minutes. Long cord, travels well, adjustable heat level. Definitely worth the money. Purchased this and the regular Hot Tools straightener to compare to see which one would be best for my lions mane.For starters I have very thick, very long, super frizzy hair. It normally takes several passes with a regular flat iron to get my hair straight and all of the frizz out and that process normally takes 40-50 minutes.This double straight dual straightener is a definite win! Now I will warn that it’s heavier than a regular straightener (I mean look at the size alone)….but for my complex hair – this did the trick and got my hair done in under 30 minutes.To start, I used Moroccan oils heat protection spray. Because I have so much hair I always apply product in sections. I was concerned (due to other reviews) that I wouldn’t be able to get this close enough to my scalp to avoid the crimp at the top of my head but that wasn’t a problem at all.I’m posting before and after pics so you can be the judge of how well this double straightener works! I’m so glad I decided to try it!
