My hair feels squeaky clean
I ordered this for the cleansing aspect. My hair builds up from other types of shampoos so I need something to really get it clean. This shampoo smells pretty good. I would agree with the description that it’s a more unisex scent. It’s nice and refreshing. The consistency is pretty thick and sticky but it lathered really well with not a huge amount. It took a little more “scrubbing” than my normal shampoos to get the lather started but then it was a great lather. I’m really OCD about rinsing my hair and it has to feel squeaky clean before I’m done run since and this actually rinsed out super fast. It was very satisfying. When my hair dried after the first wash it felt clean and soft. I used it a second time in a row and my hair did feel a little dried out after the second time so I think I will plan to use it every couple washes. I love to know that I can use this any time I start feeling like my hair is getting weighted down with build up yo get it feeling nice and clean again.

This definitely is a decent clarifying shampoo but it is not hydrating. You need to follow up with the conditioner of the same line or any conditioner for dry hair. It did make my scalp feel clean. This is something I would only use once a week at the most.

Hush Hush conditioner
I’ve been using the Hush Hush shampoo and conditioner set as a combo. When used together my hair feels clean and looks shiny/lustrous. It also smells amazing. I’m a fan and def recommend trying Hush Hush.

Over priced and hard to use in the shower, lol why a screw on cap?
I have very thick course hair that’s usually very hard to manage. Not complaining for a male at my age to have the thick, full head of hair I have, But it often makes haircare products more expensive for me. I started using Purology a couple years ago and it’s one of the few products I’ve been able to consistently use and get long-term consistent results are used to have to switch hair care products in the shower every couple of months to feel like I was giving the same benefit as when I started using it. The stuff comes with the same price tag as Purology, but I do not see the benefit that I get from Purology. Not to mention that for something as basic as an easy to dispense container when you’re spending $45 on a small tube of shampoo or conditioner shouldn’t be too much to ask. When I have a handful of runny shampoo in the shower the last thing I wanna deal with a screwing a lid back on the container

While this smelled really good, it made my hair feel hard at the end of the washing. I could barely run my comb through my hair because of what it had done to my hair. And tangled it and made my hair feel very stiff and unmanageable.

Really wish this had a flip to cap!
Has a screw on cap, and I really wish this had a flip to cap, as it is a bit awkward to get the cap on and off without the shampoo slipping off my hand. I do really like the flowers painted on the cap but would forgo those for a flip top.I do really like this shampoo and it does a great job at cleansing the scalp and has help reduce dry skin and flakes – over time. And it is working better than even most dandruff shampoos for my daughter who has fought dandruff all of her life, and nothing has really been effective, so I’m really enjoying being able to use a more natural and gentle shampoo on her hair 90% of the time. I still need to wash her hair once a week with a specific dandruff shampoo, but that’s okay, I just appreciate reducing how often it’s needed.Has a pleasant, light fragrance. Doesn’t take a ton to get lather and wash your hair thoroughly, and then rinse out. It does take a little bit for the shampoo to spread out and I slowly add water to accomplish that – instead of using more shampoo.I do wish this was a little more price friendly – seems a bit overpriced for a 6.8 oz tube.

As she massaged into her hair, she felt a cool peppermint sensation tingle her scalp. It felt good and revitalizing as it lathered up providing a thorough cleanse without stripping hair. It rinses off easily and leaves hair soft and manageable. In fact, it’s one of the smoothest shampoos she’s ever tried.
