This is a very comprehensive set of tools and materials to aid with reshaping and reforming wayward toenails. Everything comes in a durable ziploc pouch, but no instructions are included. (the illustrations with the listing are a good place to start; you’ll have to screenshot them if downloads are a problem)The clamps [looking like a miniature gear puller] have a reversible central portion held on magnetically. They’re nicely built, and individually packaged. The picks and files are basic South Asian quality, and totally usable. A generous selection of purpose-built adhesive bandages rounds out the set.Everyone’s needs will vary, but with some careful research, and possibly a kind and gentle helper [might be you!], these tools are potentially able to ease foot and shoe discomfort.Use good judgement and keep things clean and sterile; go slow, and you’ll see improvement before long.

Great value!
I finally decided to try this ingrown toenail kit because I was tired of the constant discomfort. It comes with so many different tools and patches that it felt like a complete professional set right out of the box.The metal corrector tool is much easier to use than I expected. I followed the suggestion to soak my feet first to soften the nail, and that made a huge difference. The tool helps lift the edges of the nail gently, and once you have it in place, you can really feel the pressure being relieved. I like that it includes two of those lifters plus a bunch of different adhesive patches and strips to keep the nail growing in the right direction afterward. The stainless steel tools are sturdy and dont feel cheap at all. The file and lifter are thin enough to get into those tight spots without causing extra pain. It takes some patience and regular use to see the full results, but my toe feels so much better already. This is a great set to have on hand for basic foot maintenance. This is definitely a great value!

nice little kit with good tools
ingrown toenails are a tricky little thing arent they? for me, it always ends in a painful, bleeding mess and this little kit helps alleviate some of the issues and pain that comes with. the key to this is time and patience, and this is difficult for me because I generally want that instant release of discomfort, but I am getting better because of this kit.I like the tools that come with it and will openly state, getting this right the first time didn’t happen for me, but each effort helps me get better at application efficiency. this is pretty affordable, so jump in, feet first.

Only kit I have ever used that actually corrected my ingrown nails.
This kit literally has everything you can possibly need or imagine trying to use for correcting ingrown toenails.I have had ingrown toenails on both of my big toes since my 20’s and my running days.This does include other things I have already tried that were not effective, such as the little plastic thing you slide in under the nail and the metal braces that you glue to the top of the nail.BUT this includes metal braces that have a hook on each side that you actually slide under each side of the nail and tighten in the middle. The brace holds the tension actually lifting the nail on both sides. It has actually lifted the sides of my nails up and out of the tissue and it is growing out like a normal nail should look. This is the first time in 15 years my two big toes have been pain free. I have to stress, getting these little braces on, hooked under both sides of the nail is EXTREMELY difficult. It must have taken me well over an hour to get it on and have it actually stay, as it kept popping off when I tried to connect it in the middle for the tension. But when I would connect it, I could feel the immediate upwards pressure and the nail being lifted. That alone was worth it for me to keep trying until it stayed. My only advice , tweezers help, and a second person who doesn’t mind playing with your toe would probably be best. I warn you, you will get aggravated, annoyed, and think that thing cannot possibly stay on, but I’m here to tell you, if you keep at it, it will stay on and it WILL work. The tools this kit comes with were so helpful in getting the nail lifted and trying to get the brace on. This kit is a miracle worker in my book and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Surprisingly complete kit that actually helps.
I’ll be honest, I was pretty skeptical when this showed up. I’ve dealt with an ingrown toenail off and on for a while, and I figured this would be another gimmick. But the moment I opened the box, I was surprised at how much stuff is in here. It’s not just one tool, it’s like a full little toolkit with correctors, patches, a nail lifter, files, and even a couple of extra pieces I didn’t know I needed. Every tool feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy at all, so I’m pretty sure these will hold up for a long time.I’ve been using the nail lifter along with the corrector patches for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve actually seen some real improvement. The side of my toe that used to throb and hurt doesn’t bother me anymore, which is a huge relief. The patches are easy to put on and don’t irritate my skin, even when I wear socks all day. I do think you need to be patient and consistent, but the process is way simpler than I expected.If you’re like me and you’ve been dreading a doctor visit or spending a ton at a salon, this kit is worth trying. It’s not a miracle overnight fix, but it’s given me real relief and a way to fix the problem at home. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a little help with an ingrown toenail without the hassle.

Comes with everything you need!
If you have ever had an ingrown toenail before, then you know they are not easy to remove. This kit however comes with just about everything you will ever need. The one reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t come with instructions, and with so many items, it can be a little difficult trying to determine what each item is used for. Overall though, this is a good option if you are looking for something to assist with ingrown toenails.

Most Complete Ingrown Toenail Kit I’ve Used
This is not my first ingrown toenail repair kit, but it is definitely the most complete one I’ve used.Most kits only come with the medieval-looking screw straightener tool. This one includes that, but also comes with metal clasps, protective pads, and flexible correction strips that are basically like Breathe Right strips for your toenails. Those extra options make it much easier and more comfortable to keep the nail lifted for longer periods of time without having to wear the screw corrector for hours.The cleaning and pedicure tools are useful too, especially for prepping the nail before correction. One tip: use the tools after a shower or foot soak when your toenails are softer. They are much harder to use on dry, hard nails.Overall, I think this kit is a very good value for the price. After about a week of correction, my toenails usually stay straighter for a few months before they slowly start growing down/in again. I suspect that with better periodic maintenance, I might be able to avoid needing bigger correction sessions altogether.Much better and more complete than the other basic kits I’ve tried.

At $13.99 at the time of writing this review, this is a great tool kit for nail care. It has a lot of the things you need and the tools are high quality. I did not get to use all of them, but the ones i used were great.pros:* great pedicure tool set made of premium high quality tools that are easy to clean and maintain (the toenail filer is sharp!)* the ingrown nail corrector is great and high quality and there are two of them in the box. It looks almost like a torture device, but it works. Take notice that it is a little hard to get it in right onto the nail, so it is best if you have help from another person. Once you connect it right, you simply rotate and it adjusts the nail. (may hurt a little bit)* it comes with a lot of extra tools like correction stickers, corrector strips, correction patches, and nail fixators that i did not get to use yetoverall, i am happy with this tool kit, but i also hope i don’t get to use it often as ingrown nails hurt and I play a lot of basketball.
