Great Travel Iron
This mini hair straightener is exactly what I was looking for for an upcoming international trip where I’ll be changing cities/hotels several times. I wanted something small but it had to be something that would work. I’ve used this several mornings now to trial it and it is very good, for the price and size I’d even say great. It heats up quickly and works very nicely on my medium length fine hair. Do note that it is small and if you’ve got a head full of long thick hair this might not work for you but it works great on my shoulder blade length hair. As with most things now a days this is dual voltage so it’s ready for that international travel too. This will fit in my backpack and keep me looking good while on the road.

So tiny but mighty!
Wow such a tiny hair straightener. It almost looks like a toy! My daughter says this is perfect for bangs and portable to adjust hair for her drama productions. Plugged it in to try it out. The straightener heats up pretty quickly. I’m glad it offers two temperature settings as my daughter has very fine hair which would get damaged with higher temperatures. I also like the locking function. I almost thought that the straightener plates were falling off realized this was part of the floating ceramic plate design. I do wish it had an auto off feature but seeing as it is meant more for travel, I think there is an implied assumption that users will be more mindful of unplugging the straightener after use. All in all, I cannot wait to see how this thing performs once school starts and my daughter is dragging it to drama life.

This isn’t a travel version of a regularly-sized flatiron – it’s a mini-size tool that will reach those short hairs that your regular straighters and curling irons can’t get to safely.The functions are basic because it doesn’t need anything complicated to work the way you need it to. It’s small and lightweight and will fit nicely into standard sized toiletry cases, especially when locked into a closed position. There are two heat settings, and I found the lower setting did the job.Mine came with two alligator clips, which are always welcome.It’s worth noting that the usual cautions apply: it’s small but it gets hot! Use heat protectant on your hair. If your hand is getting anywhere close to the plates, wear a protective glove. Have something safe to rest it on, and let it cool down completely before packing it away.This is great and I’m happy to have it.
