Good for shine and frizz
This hair oil is a really nice addition to my daily routine. It’s very lightweight and gives my hair a natural-looking shine without making it feel heavy or greasy, which is something I struggle with when using oils.I especially like the argan oil and honey extract blend—my ends tend to get dry, and this helps make them look smoother and healthier. It absorbs quickly and leaves my hair feeling soft and polished rather than sticky.It works well on both damp and dry hair, and a little goes a long way. I’ve noticed a definite improvement in how my hair looks overall—more glossy and less frizzy.It can weight fine hair down as all oils do so that’s something to be aware of.

Not the right mixture for my hair
I have thin, fine hair, and this formula was too heavy for me. It made my hair too greasy to be used as anything other than a pre-shower mask. There were also some printing/copy errors on the packaging, like the expiration date being listed as YYYYMMDD, which made me a bit skeptical about the validity of the product’s origins and ingredients.

Lightweight and great scent
I have curly hair and use this oil to break the gel cast on my hair after I put products in my hair on wash days. The oil breaks the “crunchiness” created by the gel drying on my wet hair. The oil is lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down. I also use it on dry hair between wash days to tame any little flyaways I might have. It provides softness and shine without being greasy. The product absorbs quickly, keeps the ends of my hair from looking dry and you only need to use a couple of pumps. I have color-treated hair and it has not harmed my color at all. I love the light fig scent with a hint of musk. It is the perfect amount of scent and fades throughout the day so it isn’t overpowering. I’ve been using it daily for a couple of months now and have no complaints. I think this hair oil is a high quality product and I will continue to use it.

Excellent option for fine hair
I am so impressed with this hair oil! I have fine, damaged, wavy hair, that is pretty easily weighed down, so I’m always looking for a decent hair oil that my hair can handle. If you’re in the same boat, this product is an excellent option to consider.The formula is non-sticky, and frankly doesn’t feel that impressive when you first apply it, but continued use over the last few months has made my hair feel much softer, especially on the ends (which in my case are quite damaged, due to bleach). I experience much less tangling when I use this regularly, and definitely notice a difference when I forget to use it. Despite clearly adding some hydration and moisturization to my hair, it does not make my hair go flat, which is a constant issue for me with most hair products in general, but particularly oils.On a more shallow note, it smells divine! A sweet, fruity scent that actually smells fresh and authentic, not sickly or artificial. The smell fades after a few hours, but I enjoy it while it’s there, and have received compliments on the smell of my hair, haha.This product is a bit pricey, there’s no getting around that, but a little goes a long way, and I think it has an excellent formulation for fine hair!

Solid choice for shine and frizz
I’ve been using the Just As I Am hair oil, and it does exactly what it claims. The texture is thick but it absorbs well without leaving my hair feeling weighed down or greasy. It provides a noticeable, glossy shine and does a great job of smoothing out split ends and flyaways. it has a floral scent is a nice touch which I like and its not overpowering at all.A few things to note: This is a concentrated formula, so you really only need a tiny amount when applying. Also, because it uses silicones to achieve that smooth finish, it’s worth using a clarifying shampoo every now and then to avoid any potential buildup. If you’re looking for a reliable, effective oil for hydration and frizz control, this is a good option. I would repurchase.

My wife has been loving it
I got this about a month or so ago for my wife and she’s been using it about 3-4 times a week and she’s loving the results. First off she really likes how this product smells. She’s used some oils before that she didn’t like scent they had which led her to not use them. Another huge upside for her is that the ingredients were natural. She also says how soft her hair feels after using it and how she likes the subtle shine it gives her hair. It also doesn’t make her hair feels greasy or weighed down after using it. A little goes a long way. She just takes her time working it in and it absorbs nicely. She recently cut a good amount of her hair off and so now she has to use even less. Her hair dresser even commented that she could tell a difference and asked what she changed. She already said once this bottle runs out she’s getting another one.

Lightweight Hair Oil That Adds Shine Without Feeling Greasy
I’ve been using the JUST AS I AM Hair Oil for a while now and it has really impressed me. The texture is very lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it feel oily like some other hair oils I’ve tried. A small amount goes a long way, especially on my ends where I usually have dryness and frizz.It gives my hair a nice healthy shine and makes it feel softer and smoother after styling. I also like that it absorbs fairly quickly, so I don’t have to worry about it transferring onto my clothes or pillow. The scent is mild and pleasant, not overpowering at all.

So good except for the fragrance
I was hoping this hair treatment would just smell like natural honey, but unfortunately they added fragrance to the formula and it does trigger my allergies snd give me a headache. That is very disappointing, because if it wasn’t for the fragrance, I would be absolutely raving about this awesome new hair product I found. I hesitate to call it hair oil, because the texture is much thicker and more gel like than any oil I’ve ever encountered. I love that it is thicker so it doesn’t run all over your hand before you can get it onto your hair. It’s very easy to work with and more importantly it does an excellent job absorbing into the hair to moisturize and protect it. I have really fine hair and most treatments weigh my hair down or make it look greasy. At first I thought this one was going to visibly coat my hair, but once I brushed it through my hair looked and felt amazing. I really want to be able to continue using this on my hair, but unfortunately my head and lungs say absolutely not. If you have severe fragrance allergies like me you will probably also need to avoid this product, but for anyone who can typically handle an industry standard amount of added fragrance I would say go ahead and try this. Your hair will thank you!
