My hair feels soft
“Keratin treatments are a chemical process where the outer layer of the hair shaft is smoothed“ according to the Internet, but that certainly isn’t the same as Keratin conditioner. I have no idea if Keratin in Keratin that is washed off just after application, has any effect. The conditioner did leave my hair soft and easy to brush, but is still have posts of fly aways. The ILU Keratin Conditioner also smells quite good. It is made in Guatemala, a first for me for beauty products. The package design is attractive too and it came well taped to avoid spills.

Loved using the product. Hair came out silky and smooth, and not greasy or heavy.I do apply differently: I apply to dry hair and then put on a foil cap to let the conditioner sit in my hair for over 30 minutes. Call me strange, but this is basically how I do a deep conditioning at least once a week. (To me it seems crazy to apply and then instantly rinse off.)I liked that the product was tamper resistant: tightly cellophane wrapped, with an added tape on top so the cap doesn’t twist and leak during transport.I did finally find the “traceability” stamped on the bottle, under the UPC code. (A lot number and expiration date).Bravo to seller/marketing as the ad DID properly disclose all ingredients in the product. A big pet peeve of mine when this is not available for a buyer to review PRIOR to purchase. In fact it is listed twice: once with a photo of the packaging/back of bottle that lists ingredients, as well as below in the ad listing.I always like to click on the seller linked store page and was thrilled to see all the other hair products they make and sell. (I especially want to try the Argan shampoo and conditioner) Personally for me, I like to see that the seller has a depth or range of products in the same category, rather than just be a distributor.Price point was fair considering the distance the product has to travel for me to use it.This checked all the boxes.

Thick and creamy
ILU Keratin Conditioner for Hair 10fl (Pack of 1) – Keratin complex… I have found in the past that keratin and my hair get along great – and this conditioner is no exception. My hair felt nicely slippery while still in the shower, and a bit softer once it was dry. I did not notice any taming of the flyaways, though – I have very long curly/wavy hair and in fact noticed what seemed like extra flyaways and odd curlies near my scalp. That could just be my crazy hair…Nevertheless, this is a very nice conditioner and not over-the-top priced. It’s a winner.Highly recommended.

Not the worst, but does nothing for me.
My daughters and I have hair that’s often mistaken for thick, but what we actually have is thin-medium strand hair- there’s just a TON of it. That combo is the worst as far as tangles/snarls go. We all have to let our conditioner sit on our heads while we finish the rest of the shower & then we have to carefully comb it while rinsing it out, it’s a horrible mess if we try to wait to brush until after.That being said- we need a decent conditioner & a lot of it, as we all have long hair. This conditioner does smell nice, I’ll give it that, it kind of reminds me of herbal essences. It’s medium thick in terms of formulation, but it kind of thins out/doesn’t spread great once it’s on your hair. It doesn’t really coat the strands the way I prefer. I feel like I have to use more than I normally would just to get everything covered. It doesn’t do much for me in terms of detangling. It’s better than nothing, of course, but I was not impressed.Even after the shower, my hair didn’t feel “cared for“ in anyway. It didn’t feel any softer or smoother. For me personally there’s just really nothing memorable about this conditioner. Plus, I can actually get a 30 ounce bottle of a brand I’m happy with for $10, where this one is currently priced at $11.99 for only 10 ounces.

Great conditioner!
It is really great conditioner! The only problem which isn’t a big deal is it came with a sticker label that says something about preventing leaks and it was leaking when i received it lol. It did not leak enough to lose any product but i just thought that was funny.This conditioner leaves my hair frizz free and silky smooth which it what matters to me! A little goes a long way! I use a lot less of this at one time than some others, I have long thick wavy frizzy hair and this works great! Will be purchasing the whole system!Low price for the quality and amount, I would def recommend!!

I appreciate that the seller protected this item from leaking with a very strong sticker over the cap, but I had a hard time pulling it off and had to find places to cut it with scissors. At first, I didn’t even realize there was an opening to a squirt spout at the top because it was entirely covered, so I pulled the whole cap off and just poured it out. This conditioner has a nice scent, but it is thinner than most conditioners I’ve used. It doesn’t feel thick when running my fingers through my tangles after applying it, so it doesn’t feel like it’s working as well as it could. It’s decent but probably wouldn’t buy it again.

ILU Keratin Conditioner – seemed a bit thin, need to use more
For me, this conditioner did not work the best. It does a nice job of detangling and it smells nice, but the product itself seems thinner than other conditioners, causing me to use twice as much to get the same effect. I felt like as I was applying it, it seemed to disappear, where a thicker product you can feel it work its way around your wet hair. Perhaps this will work better on someone with much shorter hair that doesn’t need to use as much.
