From what I’ve read, truly damaged hair cannot be repaired because what you see is already dead keratinized protein. Split and damaged hair can only be trimmed, but quality products like this can protect and slow future damage and its appearance and feel can be significantly improved.The container does appear small for the price, but a tiny little bit goes a long way in adding moisture and coating the hair to reduce friction and make brushing and styling much easier. It has a pleasant scent without being overpowering.

The bottle directions say to leave it on for one minute, or it can be left on for three minutes for extra deep conditioning. There are extra directions about how to use it for straightening benefits on the product’s page, but they aren’t mentioned on the bottle.The product itself is thick and creamy. I used it after shampooing and found it easy to spread through my hair. It was also easy to rinse out. The ends of my hair usually need a lot of detangling, and I didn’t get a lot of that from this product. However, I really loved the way it made the rest of my hair feel soft and moisturized.I felt like the fragrance was strongly floral at first, but it wasn’t as obvious once my hair was dry.
