Love it!
I have medium length fine hair. I absolutely love this. I used it after blow drying my hair. It heats up super fast and is very easy to use. I’m not great at curling my hair since it’s fine & usually doesn’t hold a curl for long but it was able to add some volume. Especially to my bangs (curled opposite to give more of a lift) . You can totally do the curtain bang. My daughter who has thicker hair did a perfect curtain bang on herself.It for sure feels like I went to the salon for a blow out. I added cute little flips to frame my face and was able to cover the split/ part in the back of my head. And smoothed out the back of my hair, I’m terrible at blowing that out. I did see a video of someone with fine hair using this heated brush and then adding Velcro curls & let cool for more lift. Im going to try that.I own the amazon brand of the revlon hair drying brush which I do like because it has a low setting & doesn’t whip my hair around. But this is WAY better. I bought the 1.5 barrel, considering the 1.77 because it’s more like the brush I’m used to using. I think it’s worth buying , especially for my fine hair friends. Also- no static issues yet. Amazing Thermal Brush for Blowouts
Seriously shocked by this product. It heats up quick, works quickly, and is easy to clean. You must be comfortable with round brushes and combining them with heat to avoid burning/damaging your hair. The bristles of the brush are very stiff and can hold lots of hair…which can also translate into causing a huge tangled mess if you are not careful. I recommend using small-medium sections if you have thick/course hair and med-large sections for thin hair; brush out hair first! Then run the brush through sections curling the ends and then slowly and loosely wrapping the hair around the brush.For long hair, section your hair but also start curling mid-hair shaft , and rewrap up to the starting spot as you move the brush down the hair shaft.Highly recommend and you can extend the curl life to continue limiting hair damage/heat exposure by using silk or velvet curl rods at night.

If you’re thinking about buying this, DO IT! My natural hair is thick, wavy, and frizzy. It usually takes me almost an hour to flat iron it. I used this on dry hair with a heat protectant and it took me less than 30 mins to get a beautiful blow out look. And it’s easy to go through and retouch the curls if needed. It heats up quick and does an amazing job at taming frizz. It looks like I went to the salon and got a blow out but I actually just used this thermal brush. Plus you can’t beat the price. Game changer!

What sorcery is this???
Let me start off by saying that I have fine hair that get’s frizzy in any heat and there is a lot of it, so straightening, blow drying it can leave me sweaty by the time I run my brush through it once. It also takes a lot of get it straight. Anywho, I used it on my hair and my daughter (very thick, curly) hair to straighten and style and the lack of smelling like our hair is burning was the biggest takeaway. Also, how easy it was to use. I did worry a couple of times it may get stuck in my daughter’s hair. But didn’t panic, and it came out great. After two uses on two different types of hair with great results, I can’t wait to see what I can do when I get used to the appliance and become an expert in using it.

It’s just ok. Running it through your hair helps ease some frizz but I (1) don’t think it gets hot enough and (2) isn’t ideal for thick hair. I find myself having to do small sections to get volume or lift.

VERY SHORT BRISTLES ARE A HAZARD
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE!!!!! The bristles are very short and when you wind your hair around the barrel you can burn your head, neck and fingers if you touch the barrel in any way. there is not a good temperature control so you cannot minimize the being burned. i am returingthis one for sure. it scared me. i tried a couple ways to see if maybe i just held it wrong, but i did not. sorry folks! i would not recommend.

OK if you want your hair straight
Not sure what I expected for the low price, but it’s not even worth thatI wanted to try a cheaper heated round brush before investing in a Bondi boost, but I’m so disappointed. This just pulled chunks of my hair out. It kept getting stuck and my scalp is hurting. The bristles are so rough on your hair. It is OK if you wanna brush through your hair to have it a little straighter, but not for volume or curls Even with all that pain I went through I couldn’t even get a half decent curl

I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! It’s super easy to use—way easier than juggling a brush and curling iron. Good product but only lasted 8 months. Heats quickly, perfect size for shoulder length hair. Wish the brush bristles lasted longer started falling out at 5 months by the 8th month were gone. Chose a different brand this time to see if would last longer.
