Perguntas frequentes
As dúvidas que mais recebemos sobre compra, prazo e impostos.
O produto é original?
Sim — original, novo e lacrado.
- 1 a 3 dias úteis — transporte internacional EUA → Brasil

Consigo acompanhar a entrega?

Doesn’t feel gunky on hair
Can’t give it a full 5 stars only because I can’t say much about effectiveness for this product since hair growth serums take at minimum 3 months to see a difference from. This serum is pleasant to use though! It comes in a very medical looking bottle with a rubber stopper and comes with a syringe that you draw the serum out from. The syringe isn’t marked which is probably my main gripe, but I believe a full draw is 2mL so I just go to about halfway when I need 1mL. It smells a little like ginseng but it’s not a strong smell, and the smell goes away very quickly. Easy to disperse throughout the hair. Not quite watery like my minoxidil, but not goopy either. Feels kind of like a hair oil consistency. Regardless, it spreads easily and doesn’t leave a gunkiness feeling which is my BIGGEST factor. We’ll see how it goes!

Preliminary Review upon receiving
Just received this product. The 3 stars I put should be regarded as a big question mark for now. I’ve been interested in/investigated hair growth products for decades so am pretty knowledgeable about them in addition to having spent my career in the biopharma industry. I’m excited about this product due to the recent availability of 2-deoxy-D-ribose but also because of the innovative selection of the other active ingredients which are not DHT blockers and which I’m averse to using (they can have unwanted systemic/hormonal effects via topical absorption). The first thing to notice is the impressive and professional-looking medical-grade packaging and attention to detail: outer shrink wrap w/ bar code stickers, professional and detailed printing, separately packaged dosing syringe, medical-grade glass ampoule/ampoule label, etc. There’s dot-matrix printed mfg and expiry dates on the bottom, as you’d find with any pharma product. But as others have noted, one big flaw (clue?) is the mismatch between the 50 ml/1.05 fl. oz. on the bottom front and the NET 50ml/1.69 fl. oz. on the side. This is a large difference in volume (if anything, NET should be smaller than total vol., not larger). But I’m more concerned about the official looking but misleading govt/health authority marks stamped on the box and bottle, notably the FDA and CE marks. The FDA mark/logo is not stamped on consumer products. FDA strictly prohibits private companies from using the official FDA logo or seal on product packaging, websites, or advertising and this could easily cause this company to be shut down. Using it implies an official endorsement that does not legally exist. So a red flag. The other product symbols/logos are basically fluff and of little meaning. I also looked up the address, 11600 Los Nietos, Santa Fe Springs, CA and at this exact address is a large building for Orange Courier, a Calif company which has filed for Ch. 11 bankruptcy protection, so seems like another red flag to me. I’m only hoping, probably unrealistically, that this product actually contains the ingredients that it says it contains as there are definitely some worrisome concerns over product authenticity. I will updated again after a time. I would welcome the manufacturer to address/explain these concerns and provide better evidence of the manufacturing specifics.

Awful dispenser
Don’t know if product works yet, but the dispenser is terrible. All in a ridiculous effort to make it look like it’s pharmaceutical grade.

so far so good
I’ve been on a journey to take better care of my hair, especially since I have textured hair, and finding the right products can be a challenge. The first thing I noticed was the texture of the gel. It’s lightweight and not sticky at all, which is a big plus for me. I applied it after my usual wash routine, and it absorbed quickly without leaving any residue. I love that it doesn’t weigh my hair down, which has been a problem with some other products I’ve tried. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I’ve definitely noticed some positive changes. My hair feels softer and looks shinier, which is always a win! The serum also claims to help block DHT, and I’m hopeful that it’s playing a role in supporting my hair growth. I’ve been keeping an eye on my edges, and they seem to be looking fuller, which is a relief. One thing I really appreciate is the simplicity of the ingredients. It feels good to use something that doesn’t have a ton of chemicals in it. Plus, the 2oz bottle is super handy and easy to take along when I travel.Overall, I would recommend this serum to anyone looking to boost their hair care routine, especially if you have textured hair like mine. It hasn’t caused any irritation, and I’ve found it to be quite effective. I’m excited to see how my hair continues to improve with regular use!

Too many red flags, packaging errors, and bad design
I was really excited to try this because of the 2-Deoxy-D-Ribose and peptide ingredients, but as soon as I opened it, I noticed way too many quality control red flags to trust putting it on my scalp. The packaging is a complete mess of contradictions: the listing title says it’s a 2oz bottle, the front label says 1.05 fl. oz., and the back says 1.69 fl. oz. The listing title also says 3% Redensyl, while the bottle claims 5%. On top of that, the box illegally prints the official FDA logo on the back to look medically approved. If you look at the actual text on the bottle and box, they didn’t even bother to run a basic spellcheck. The directions are riddled with typos like “Insertthe”, “amooule”, and “applicatornserted”. The ingredients list completely butchers chemical and botanical names: spelling rosemary leaf as “leat”, panthenol as “Phanthenol”, Baicapil as “Biacapil”, and Larix europaea as “eurpaea”. The side of the box even falsely claims the product is a “DHT Blocker” when none of these active ingredients actually block DHT. It is incredibly clear they just threw popular hair loss buzzwords onto a generic template. To make matters worse, the design is completely impractical. It comes in a medical style vial with a flip top cap that tears off permanently. Because you cannot put a lid back on the bottle, the only way to store it is to leave the loose syringe applicator jammed into the top rubber stopper. It is absolutely not travel-friendly and will easily leak or pop open if you put it in a bag.If a company can’t proofread their own labels, follow basic compliance laws, or design a functional bottle for a twice a day product, I don’t trust that the actual lab grade ingredients inside are accurate or safe.In simpler terms this product is a classic example of a viral, trend chasing cosmetic that was rushed to market by a white label manufacturer to cash in on the recent internet hype surrounding 2-Deoxy-D-Ribose (2dDR) for hair growth.

Made in the USA
This came in a professional looking bottle with a syringe. The liquid has tiny strands of gold looking things floating in it. It is thicker than water but thinner than a gel. It has a slight scent that is not unpleasant and you don’t smell anything unless you purposefully put your nose to the bottle to try to smell something. The syringe is not marked so I would recommend just withdrawing a small amount at first since a little goes a long way. It didn’t cause any irritation and was easy to apply with the syringe. I feel good that this was made in the USA. It’s a little strange that the ad says it’s a 2 oz bottle. The front of the bottle says it’s 50ml/1.05 oz. The back of the bottle says 50ml/1.69 oz. If you convert 50ml to oz then it’s 1.69 oz. So I just think that a professional company would at least have one person who could correct this inconsistency. It’s advertised as containing 5% Deoxyribose, 3% Redensyl, 5% Biotin, and 2% Anagain, which is supposed to support hair growth. Products that are supposed to grow hair takes at least 6 months for you to notice anything so I can’t say anything about the effectiveness of this product.

A Lightweight Hair Serum That Fits Easily Into a Consistent Hair Care Routine.
I’ve tried several hair growth products over the years, and what initially attracted me to this serum was its thoughtful blend of ingredients. The combination of deoxyribose sugar (2DDR), Redensyl, biotin, and Anagain makes it an interesting option for anyone looking to support the appearance of fuller, healthier-looking hair as part of a consistent hair care routine. The serum itself has a lightweight gel texture that spreads easily across the scalp without leaving behind a heavy or greasy residue. It absorbs fairly quickly, allowing me to use it during the day or before bed without making my hair feel weighed down.I also appreciate that it’s easy to incorporate into my routine. A small amount goes a long way, and applying it directly to areas of concern is simple. It doesn’t leave my scalp feeling sticky, and it layers well with my regular shampoo and conditioner. After several weeks of consistent use, my hair felt healthier overall, and my scalp remained comfortable with no noticeable buildup. While hair growth products naturally require patience and results vary from person to person, I like that this formula focuses on creating a healthy environment for stronger-looking hair rather than promising unrealistic overnight results. The bottle is well-designed, easy to use, and the concentrated formula offers good value since only a small amount is needed with each application.Overall, this is a well-formulated serum with quality ingredients and a pleasant texture. If you’re looking to complement a long-term hair care regimen with a lightweight topical treatment, this is a product worth considering. Consistency is key with products like this, and based on my experience, it has earned a place in my routine.

Kinda sketchy but we shall see.
The package is contradictory with every measurement conversion. Also it says 1ml and 2ml dose but does not give measurements on the applicator.
