Smells wonderful, a little goes a long way.
This is pretty thick, like a body butter texture. My husband is the one with curly hair, so I squished out a small blob, rubbed it on my hands, then through his hair, then fluffed. He’d combed it straight-ish today already because he got sweaty with a hat on earlier, and I hate that look, so this fixed it nicely. It should make it look really great when his hair is actually clean, and it should be very moisturizing based on the ingredients. I wish it came in a straight hair cream so my hair could smell like this!

Stops the Frizz
The L’emarie Curl Activator Cream is an after-shampoo hair product to add moisture and define curls. This is a thick cream, so I only used about a dime-size, rubbed it between my hands, then worked it through my hair. My hair is curly but thin and tends to frizz. This cut back on the frizz and left my hair soft. Overall, a nice quality hair care product and pleasantly scented.

This L’emarie Curl Activator Cream for Moisturizing is great for adding to freshly washed hair to help create a more defined curl pattern when drying. The product smells great and is easy to work into damp hair. After scrunching to distribute throughout my hair, I air dry my hair and the L’emaire cream works its magic. My hair isn’t crunchy and I have nice ringlets with little to no frizz. I love it. I only wash 1-2x a week, so on non-wash days, I spray my hair with a continuous mist bottle to dampen and reactivate the product, and most days my curls bounce right back and look as good as new. On days when they aren’t so bouncy, I rub small amount of product through my hair again and this usually helps with a little more definition, but it mostly helps with the frizz factor. I’m happy with this product and my curls are loving their new found moisture!

Curl cream
I have course, 2c-3a curly hair. I’m a frequent user of curl creams and leave-in conditioners. This cream has a very thick consistency so I’d use a little less than usual. I found this left my hair a bit weighed down and heavy which is almost impossible for my hair as it sucks everything up. I used a bit less the next time and it was much improved so that’s why I suggest going easy on the amount. It did define my curls and they were soft, not crunchy, but I surprisingly had a good bit of frizz. The smell is pleasant and I will continue to work with the product combining it with other products in my routine.

Did not do much for my curls
I didn’t think this really had much effect on my hair. I have relatively curly/wavy hair, which is curlier in the summer due to humidity. Admittedly, I tried this in colder months, but I still expected it to do something, at least a little bit. It really didn’t do anything at all, although it is fine to use as a leave-in conditioner. I will try it again when it gets humid out and update the post.

Makes My Hair Softer
I have naturally wavy/curly hair and it tends to run dry even with good conditioners. I decided to try this cream to help the curl in my hair look nice while also moisturizing it. This is by far the best curl cream I’ve used that really does make my hair feel softer. It doesn’t take much even though my hair is longer than the middle of my back, which is surprising. It smells really good like a sweet floral and it leaves my hair smelling great. I use this after every wash and I get compliments on how healthy my hair looks. I love this curl activator cream and so glad I found it.

I have wavy hair and I really liked how this product worked in my hair. Sometimes creams are too heavy for me but I really liked that my hair didn’t feel weighed down and it looked shiny. I don’t have MAJOR frizz to begin with but had no frizz by the end of the day.I was a little surprised that this did have a slightly crunchy feeling that I get similar to when I use mousse, but it wasn’t too crunchy. I don’t really like that feeling which is why I mostly stay away from sprays.The smell is nice… a bit fruity but bit coconut-y like a lot of these products are. I personality don’t prefer coconut scent. I could smell it in my hair even by the end of the day so if you’re sensitive to scents this might not be for you.Not sure how it works on very curly hair but I like it for my wavy hair and I think the price is very reasonable for the amount!

Nice moisturizing, TBA on defining my curls better though
So far it’s ok, pleasant! But I haven’t seen any clear or dramatic results yet- didn’t really help with any frizz or curl bunchings or the actual pattern of my hair but it did feel moisturizing without seeming too greasy and better than a crunchy gel finish or something!Smell is OK- somewhere between sunscreen and being battered by a fruit basket 😂 I personally prefer no smell at all with the numerous hair products/steps that all tend to have their on scents, luckily I don’t seem to see “fragrance” on the ingredients list which is great though!!It may still be too early to tell, but if I see more consistent effect on my curl pattern quality with more use then I will definitely bump up to 5 stars!
