I have been using the LivSo Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner for the past four weeks. I have been natural for over seven years and I usually wear my hair straight. I have food allergies (primarily a gluten allergy) which causes my scalp to be dry and itchy.The first thing my stylist and I noticed about this product was the smell. We both loved the fragrance. I also usually request minimal products be used on my hair because often they weigh my hair down. I was very pleased that the LivSo products were not heavy and did not weigh my hair down. My stylist and I liked how my hair felt after using the product.Now to the good stuff. After week one, I did not notice much difference in my scalp. Week two, there was a noticeable difference and my scalp was not as itchy as it was in the previous week. Week three, was amazing because there was such a noticeable difference until I actually went two weeks between washes (which I have not been able to do in years), not to mention I ate foods that contained wheat which usually make my scalp itch more. I am now on wash four which is really week five and it is a little itchier than the previous two weeks.Needless to say, I have seen vast improvements in my scalp over the past five weeks. I will continue to use these products and would definitely recommend it to those who suffer from a dry and itchy scalp.The only con I have found with these products is with the shipping. My product arrived in an envelope and the shampoo had opened and spilled out into the bag. I would recommend maybe taping the lid of the shampoo and shipping it in a box verses the envelope.

It really works and smells FANTASTIC!
I love this product! I have really, really bad dandruff – to the point that it nearly looks like psoriasis. I saw the advertisement for this on TV and decided to try it because it was made by an African-American dermatologist who understands the hair washing habits and needs for Black Women with all hair types. The shampoo feels really great and does a good job cleaning my scalp, but the magic happens with the conditioner! You actually have to leave the conditioner on longer than the shampoo unlike other dandruff products, and the conditioner acts like a clarifiying shampoo and has a refreshing lemon-lime scent. If I wash my hair twice a week and use the scalp lotion as indicated, my hair and scalp seem to be healthy and I don’t have any dandruff at all! Thank you so much for caring to make this product! While it’s a bit pricey to purchase quarterly, it’s worth not having to worry about white flakes on my clothes when I just need to go about my day.

𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗟 – Product is creamy and has a nice slip to it.𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 – My hair is super moisturized and it has a nice sheen. My hair is light and voluminous, not weighed down.𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗟 – It does have a really light lemongrass smell which does not stay on the hair ( which I like ). The closest product example I can describe this smelling like is the Bliss Lemon & Sage Body Butter.Overall it pretty much does what it says it going to do, my only problem is that I’ve only used it twice and the product is halfway gone. Otherwise, I really like the product and the idea behind it all. My hair hasn’t felt this great in a while.

Excellent hair and scalp conditioner
Love this whole product line for dry and irritated scalp. This conditioner moisturizes my hair and scalp and takes the snarls out of my coarse curly hair. In love with this product line. Don’t hesitate to buy. I wish the conditioner came in a larger size is my only negative comment! The other reason I love this line is the scent is not heavy or sweet smelling. I purchased all three products from this line. I really like the shampoo because it doesn’t strip my hair and leaves it soft. After shampooing I follow up with the conditioner which is very moisturizing. I have noticed with regular use, my dry scalp is better and my hair feels and looks healthier overall. I use the moisturizer once in a while it has a nice soft smell and doesn’t leave my hair greasy!

Good conditioner but keeps arriving damaged
I love this conditioner and buy it religiously, but for the amount of money spent on such a small bottle, you’d think the container itself would be made of better quality. This is now the second time in just a couple months that I’ve received a container with conditioner oozing out of the top seal as shown in the pictures. The first time I brushed it off as a “one off,” but now it’s becoming clear they need to modify their packaging. It’s frustrating not only because it’s super messy when opening the box, but also because it wastes a good portion of expensive product..so basically just money down the drain.Conditioner itself is great though.
