I only use a dime size portion of the shampoo, a bit more of the conditioner. I really like the way it makes my hair look. It looks as if I got a perm. Keeps my curls all day.

Did not help much with frizziness nor define curls any better than other products.
I have long, wavy hair that is very frizzy and bleached. Pros: smell is not too strong, no silicones, assisted with reducing frizziness but not to the extent advertised (works similarly to other products on the market). Cons: cost, takes a lot of the product to work. If I use hair spray on my hair while wet, that will reduce the frizz more than this product and cost a lot less. I tried using a conservative amount at first and increased the amount daily until I had to use too much product for my level of comfort. Never found the right amount for each of the 4 products to get results similar to what I saw online despite watching the videos and tutorials. It’s probable that my lack of success is due to very dry-chemically damaged and graying hair. I have a friend with curly, gray beautiful hair that uses this product successfully for defining her curls. I believe it works for some people, but I can’t recommend it for bleached, long and graying hair.

These products for wavy hair is the bomb. The shampoo lathers with minimal product. Conditioner as well you don’t need much, a little goes a long way. Next time I will comb it through as I find it didn’t detangle my hair like other conditioners. step 3 a few pumps crunch into the hair and let it dry naturally or diffuser. The gel is a great added product for added curls. Also it doesn’t leave your hair crunchy, stiff, hard or sticky. They all have a nice scent not too strong but nice. Super happy I purchased and will when I run out. Highly recommend to anyone with tight, loose curl or wavy. This stuff is fantastic!! Highly recommend and give 6 stars!!!

Dull and dry hair
I have wavy hair about medium length. These products left my hair looking dry, frizzy and lifeless. It almost like I had dreadlocks. No shine in it at all. I tried different amounts of product but couldn’t get any shine just dry looking frizz. Very disappointed because this stuff isn’t cheap. I’m going back to using Innersense.

I’m 35 and have wavy, fine, DENSE hair that is color treated and I have spent HUNDREDS looking for a product that I liked. Everything was too heavy, too sticky, did nothing, dried my hair out, over moisturized, etc etc. It was like Goldilocks but I never found the “just right” product. Until this. This stuff is simple and makes my hair look so good. I can’t feel the product in my hair at all and it makes a huge difference in my curl definition. The before picture shows with another product I wasted my money on. I have never seen my curls and waves as defined as they are in the second picture. And it was so simple to boot!

Best I’ve tried so far
So my cheap self was hoping it wouldn’t work as well as it did because, well, I’ve never dropped more than a $10 bill on a hair product.I’ve been putting lus producta m in and out of my shopping cart for about a year without actually making a purchase. Finally it went on sale and I bought it. Part of me was hoping that it wasn’t much different from my under $10 Mark Antony products (which I still like), but OH MY GOSH, this worked so nicely. I don’t think I can go back. Luckily I’m stingy with how much I use…and I don’t need to wash my hair every day, so the shampoo and conditioner should last a while. I will definitely need another bottle of the curl cream soon. The gel is nice and light.If you buy this, definitely watch a tutorial. I’ve been trying to make my waves defined and less weighted down for some time. The video tutorials on their website really made the difference.I told no one that I switched products, and I had compliments by a few coworkers immediately. I’m retiring my curling wand. My waves are now more curly. They are light and soft. They hold well. I’m very satisfied.
