Of Limited Use
Great concept, nicely constructed, but of limited use to me. I like to soak my feet every 10 days or so, and like to smooth off the calluses on my heels. I got this as it seemed to offer 2 different methods to do just that. Alas, only the emery side works, and that only works if the skin is dry. It does work on the nails, though, The other side, the stainless steel cheese grater part, is unfortunately worthless. Even with soft soaked feet, it would just glide over the skin.Get this for the emery board side only. Use something else if you want to grate the skin off your feet.

Helps smooth calluses!
I did find the Wonder Pedi foot file very helpful in providing the tool I needed to smooth the calluses on my heels and pads on the bottom of my feet. I have found that if I use a bit of a thick moisturizer on these areas, and then use the coarse side of the file, that it removes more dead skin and also doesn’t irritate the bottom of your feet. The handle is very sturdy and provides the pressure needed to remove dead skin. To smooth out the areas after you remove the dead skin, the emery side will be very helpful. I have used similar files in the past and I still have an issue with cleaning the file after several uses. It is very difficult to clean the coarse side of the file that has a buildup of old skin. The instructions say a quick rinse under water should clean the file, but I can’t say that I’ve had much luck with that.

This is lightweight and flexible but not so much that it is ineffective. It a very adequate job on exfoliating heals of feet! I think it would be a good travel item when heading to the beach. For home use, it is easy to use, works like it should. I would like it better if it were sturdier (and not pink-that’s my own preference). I would buy it again.

Keep Your Feet Softer Between Spa Visits!
Current price $9.94. Let’s just say I am overdue for a professional pedicure – too much time on the road. And despite my best efforts these past few months, I couldn’t get my feet to be the kind of soft/smooth I was longing for. Enter this handy tool. So easy to get rid of the calluses and dry skin! (Perhaps even too easy, I took a little too much off in some places… so BE CAREFUL!) It does not come with instructions, but I used it after soaking my feet for a little and it was exactly like at the spa. Works great for between spa visits. 4 Stars!! Hope you find this review helpful! One side is fine sandpaper and the other is like a metal grater- hard to tell from the pictures.

Gets rid of my calluses
The Wonder Pedi Double Sided Foot File has a double-sided design that is incredibly convenient. The emery side is great for buffing away dead skin and calluses, while the stainless steel side is perfect for more heavy-duty tasks like smoothing out rough patches and removing stubborn calluses. The ergonomic design of the handle is also comfortable to hold and makes it easy to maneuver the file around my feet.The foot file is also very durable and well-made. I’ve used it multiple times now, and it still looks and feels like it’s in great condition. It’s definitely a high-quality product that I know will last me a long time. The foot file is ~9” long and the business end is about ~5” of the total.My only small complaint would be that it can be a bit difficult to clean, as dead skin and debris can get caught in the crevices of the file. However, this is a minor issue that is easily remedied with a quick rinse and wipe down.Overall, I would recommend this German made foot file, especially if you have heavy calluses on your feet.
