Pakets are wonderful, shampoo & cond less than desirable!
I love the crystal packets. I would givec5 stars. I count off 2 stars for shampoo & conditioner. I am use to salon quality shampoo/cond such as Redken All Soft & Its a 10 Keratin line. As well as Swarskoff line. So these were less than desirable for me. Felt like Wal Mart cheep brands.Back to the packets, I have used 2 weeks in a row now. Its like I coukd literally smell the metals being pulked from my blond processed bleached from level 6/7 hair to 10/12. It reslly brighten the brassy OUT! No joke it brightened it a whoke level. I live in a hard water area. I also use a water filter on my shower head that shoukd filter out chlorine & minerals. I also take a lot of thyroid meds & feel it builds up in my hair.I take exceptional care of my hair. Id also reccomend the Maraccon Oil Keratin deep conditioner. I am babying my hair till it gets healthy again. I just feels a bit rough textured after 2 processing. I highly reccomend Olaplex #3 once a week with Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner with Olaplex leave in conditiones.

Good but very drying, don’t use all products at once.
I feel that this has helped to get the hard water minerals out of my hair, and allow the conditioner to actually penetrate. Also, it has been brightening my blonde, where the hard water would sit and make it very orangey. I still struggle where my water is just seemingly harder than it used to be. However, using this- I’m able to brighten it even more However, the first day when I got it, I used all three things- the shampoo, the conditioner AND the treatment in one sitting— and it was super drying on my hair!!!What I’ve learned that works better for me is now I will use sometimes the shampoo and/or conditioner, but I don’t use the treatment on the days that I use the shampoo and the conditioner. I will use the treatment all on its own separately when I feel it needs it, and when using the treatment, I will use another purple shampoo or conditioner w it— since using all three together was just so drying on my hair. I do use Aveda restructuring conditioner and I’ll leave it on as a mask overnight.Note that I have a combination of curly/ wavy hair that is also color treated- like many other blondes out there. Also my water is so hard that it is almost impossible to keep my blonde fresh even after just getting it done. After wash to it seems to have gone to a goldish tone.My water, if I don’t keep lots of salt in my softener, and the salt turned up- my conditioner, cannot even penetrate my hair. This definitely helps, however, use with caution when using all three products together, instead see how your hair responds to the treatment first I would suggest.

Both the shampoo and conditioner were partially open in the package when my order arrived and had leaked. For as much as this product costs and the amount that you get it’s a real shame to have lost any of it in transit and to have to deal with them mess.**updating my review after using the product. IT IS AWFUL!!!*** we have used the other Malibu products and so I felt confident ordering this. But that was a mistake. First of all the shampoo and conditioner have no smell at all, and they completely dye your hands purple. When you use it every line in my hand and cuticle is purple for days, and I cannot scrub it off. Packets of treatment smell awful like metal or blood and the smell sticks in your hair so all day all you can smell after using it is this terrible heavy metal blood smell. On top of all that the conditioner is barely conditioning. It actually has the same consistency as the shampoo. This purchase was a major mistake and I would absolutely return it if we had not used two of the treatment packets in mine and my daughter’s hair. I will never buy this again. Stick to the purple shampoo at the grocery store! It’s way less expensive doesn’t stink and doesn’t dye your hands and honestly probably works better. I barely noticed any difference at all in my blonde, or my daughters blonde after using this.
