A Nice Moisture Boost for My Hair Ends
My thick Type 4 hair can lose moisture pretty quickly, and once it gets too dry, I start noticing more breakage. My ends are also where I deal with the most fairy knots, and leaving my hair loose for too long usually results in a lot more tangling. I tend to keep my hair in twists or braids to help prevent that, so I was interested to see whether this mask could help improve the condition of my ends.I used the treatment on my ends rather than applying it at the mid-length of my hair. With the amount of hair I have, I wouldn’t get many full applications from one tube, so concentrating the product where I have the most problems seemed like the best way to test it.I left it on for the recommended 10 minutes and then rinsed it out with warm water. Afterward, my ends felt noticeably softer and had a smoother texture. They didn’t feel as rough or as dry as they usually are, which was the first difference I noticed.The results also held up after my hair had been dry for a while. Several hours later, my ends still felt moisturized instead of becoming dry again. I noticed another difference when I started detangling because I wasn’t coming across as many fairy knots that needed to be trimmed away.I liked the change I saw in my ends and would be interested in seeing how the mask performs when used more extensively. The main limitation for me is the amount of product in the tube since my thick hair requires a lot to cover the suggested area. A larger size would make this much more practical for me to use throughout my hair.

Good hair mask that provides hydration. I typically use heat tools for straightening my hair. Even with heat protectant, I feel like my hair can get a little dried out, especially when on vacation when I’m basically straightening or curling my hair every day.This hair mask works super well and gives me a bit more peace of mind to bring with me on vacation. It really helps when my trips typically include swimming in the pool or ocean. Chlorine or saltwater really dries out my hair quickly and the hotel typically has terrible shampoo and conditioner. This really helps my hair without having to bring my own separate conditioner. It’s the perfect size too. No issues bringing through TSA security.Overall, a great product. It’s a bit pricey for how much you get though, so I’d say it’s mediocre value for money.

I like this one. It comes in a smaller size, which is nice because you can try it out and see if it works for you before committing to a big bottle. I followed the instructions and put it just on the ends of my hair, left it on for the full 10 minutes. There wasn’t much of a noticeable scent, maybe a faint smell but nothing I could really name or place. Afterward my hair definitely felt softer. If they sell this in a bigger size I’d order that one too. Twenty dollars is a little high but it’s a good product, I definitely recommend.

Different then pictured but great product
My product arrived in different packaging. Mine is silver with blue (Hair Pro +) so I’m not sure if I received the item pictured here. It works great for a weekly deep conditioning treatment. Helps nourish hair and helps my coarse hair feel softer and especially good on the days I am going to blow dry and straighten my curly(ish) hair. It is a great value for the price and I’d definitely buy it again. 5 stars.

Small Tube, Big Results
I’ve tried a handful of hair masks over the years, but the MAREE Hair Repair Mask surprised me in the best way. My hair is dyed and usually gets dry fast, especially at the ends, and this mask made it feel softer and more manageable after just one use. The texture is rich without being heavy, and it spreads easily through the mid-lengths without that greasy coating some masks leave behind. After rinsing, my hair looked shinier, felt stronger, and didn’t tangle nearly as much- it honestly gave me that “fresh salon treatment” feeling at home. For a small tube, it delivers a big result.

Nice conditioning treatment without leaving my hair coated
I like hair masks when they actually make my hair feel softer afterward without leaving a heavy film on it, and this one does a decent job of that. The texture is thick enough to spread through the hair without immediately disappearing, and I found it easiest to work through the lengths and ends rather than putting much near the roots.After rinsing, my hair feels smoother and easier to brush through, particularly when it has been feeling dry or rough. It doesn’t completely transform damaged hair, but it does give that temporarily softer, more conditioned feeling that I’m looking for from a hair mask. The 1.69-ounce size is fairly small, so depending on hair length and thickness, this isn’t going to last through very many treatments. That’s my biggest issue with it. I like the result, but the small container makes it feel more like a treatment to try than something I’m going to stock up on.

As another reviewer stated, I also received the Maree Repair Pro + hair mask in the blue and silver tube. I’m not sure if this is updated packaging or a totally different product. I am even more confused to see that some reviewers DID receive the hair mask in the hot pink tube. 🤷♀️🤷♀️That said, I really do enjoy the product that I received. It smells good and has a rich and creamy texture. I have short, curly hair, and I occasionally like to do masks like these to deeply nourish my hair.I was pleased with the results from this mask and would purchase it again in the future. It is also a convenient size in the small 1.69 ounce tube. It’s TSA and travel friendly.

MAREE Hair Repair Mask
The item I received was by the same company, but it was the professional repair mask pro as you can see from the pictures below. It is unscented, so that is a bonus since I have allergies. The product works well to hydrate my dry hair. The only problem I have with it is that the instructions tell you to use it from mid-length to the ends of your hair and not to get it on your scalp, so that makes it difficult to apply it and massage it into your hair. My hair needs this mask close to my scalp also, so it doesn’t help the part of my hair that is close to my scalp.
