I bought these files in May of last year (2025) and use these files daily. But I’ve already went through three files during that time.I’ve noticed that when I use the files, I generally used the center of it, not the tip or the base, when filing my nails. That causes the center of the file to wear down quickly, having to change the location on the file itself.This is a good price for six files, but as quickly as they’re used up, I won’t be buying them again.

I first started using these metal nail files when I was young because my mom always bought them. They’re still the best nail file, in my humble opinion. They are great to clean out from underneath the nail because of the pointy end. They file your nail so finely and leave no jagged edges. Way better than the glass files.

These are great! My husband is old school and just wants the nail files his mom has. I have crystal and glass files an various grit foams and an e file for doing my nails. I bought him these because it was a good price.He did want a smaller style And wasn’t clear about that. Thankfully I happened to have one so the purchase wasn’t that needed in the end. I thought he wanted these long ones.These are long and I am fine with that. He wanted one to use for our four year old daughter’s nails. I prefer glass or crystal but he wanted this style in metal. It is a bit long to use on her but it’s fine.I like that there were enough of these to place around the house in drawers or in the car. My daughter obviously loved the colors like pink and purple.For the price it was a great value. They file well, and are comfortable to hold.
