Deep conditioning without weighing down your hair
The jar indicates this is “core strengthening for damaged hair” and the listing indicates “clinical tests results show improved hair tensile strength and enhanced shine”. My experience with this hair pack has been the same. This haircare line has several products meant to help with hair loss. I’ve tried several of them, used together and separately, and I’m impressed with all of them.The ingredient list is very impressive. It has eight botanical oils, and I’ve seen six of the eight mentioned a lot in hair care articles. It has thirteen protein ingredients and a few plant extracts. It is also silicone-free.My hair has been problematic all my adult life, and it’s only getting worse with age. Increased thinning has been added to the fragile, breakage-prone texture of my hair. As a result, I’ve tried a lot of deep conditioning products and treatments, and this has been one of the best, if not the best. It’s a very thick cream, and you only need a little of this product to deep condition your hair. It leaves my hair feeling thicker and stronger, yet somehow doesn’t weigh it down. It’s very moisturizing.The jar contains 14.54 ounces and since you use so little for a treatment, it should last a long time. The price is in keeping with other high end, salon quality products I’ve used. I think this product is very effective, and well worth the price.

Very rich in Plant Oils!
I feel it’s overly processed with oils and other ingredients. I feel any product that reads that you must thoroughly rinse your hair and if you don’t failure to do so could cause hair loss or discoloration. I’m old now and would probably have high anxiety, wondering if I thoroughly rinsed my hair right. Sometimes some of us don’t rinse out our hair thoroughly and shouldn’t have the fear of leaving a little of this stuff in our hair. This product also could be highly flammable considering all the different oils and ingredients in this product, especially if it reads to store products away from direct sunlight. It also reads if any of the abnormal symptoms or side effects such as red spots, swelling, or itching occurs during or after use when expose to direct sunlight- which means you could be allergic to some of these ingredients, how do you know if you are allergic to any of these ingredients, if some of them you probably never tried before or heard of. So, I would do a test drive on a small amount of hair before fully saturating my hair with this product. To me that warning also tells me it’s highly flammable. I am a smoker, so that warning definitely terrifies me. There is no warning if you smoke listed on this product, and I feel should be there if there is a warning for smoking.The product also reads do not use on areas with wounds or if it gets into your eyes rinse out thoroughly. This product was made for highly damaged hair; I believe that’s why it is labeled deep damaged hair pack. As mentioned above, this is full of plant oils and other ingredients, and it is to be considered if you are sensitive to such a high protein oil combination package deal. It also should be considered that such a high protein oil package could possibly do more damage to your hair. I also feel that the ingredients should be visible on the ad. It could be possible that some of these plant oils could be brought separately, which might be only one or a couple of these oils that might be needed for improvement of severely damage hair or hair loss. Anyway, I give it three stars; it’s just too many plant oils, and ingredients for me. It has very little scent to it. It also has a very creamy texture for moisturizing the hair. While some of these oils could be highly beneficial. I feel it’s too rich in plant oil and other ingredients.

Amazing!
Amazing amazing amazing! I’ve had really dry and frizzy curly hair since I gave birth and even though I used leave ins and conditioner my hair still felt brittle. Once I used this mask biweekly regularly I felt a huge difference within 3 weeks. In the shower my hair would feel soft after using the mask however I saw a real difference on my dried hair when using consistently. It wasn’t as tangled, after air drying it looks shinier and it’s softer to the touch. I especially love the clean refreshingSmell ( vs sweet smells). The texture is thicker than other hair masks I’ve used however it was easy to disperse into hair. Highly recommend!

Oil-rich and Silicone-free; Very Softening, Lots of Protein So Use Strategically
I really enjoyed this Mintree Pack. It’s highly moisturizing – after rinsing, my hair felt noticeably soft, smooth, and well-conditioned without that heavy or greasy feeling some masks leave behind.It’s packed with oils (sunflower, argan, jojoba, macadamia, sweet almond, baobab and more), which is great if you like that rich, hydrating feel, and it’s completely silicone-free. I appreciate the silicone-free formula because it leaves hair feeling clean and light rather than coated. I have fine hair and when silicone builds up, it can create knots and tangles.That said, this is definitely a protein-heavy mask. It contains a long list of hydrolyzed proteins including hydrolyzed silk, collagen, wheat, corn, pea, soy, rice, potato, oat, barley, rice bran, sweet almond protein, and keratin. Because of all those proteins, I can only use it 2–3 times a month. Too much protein can make hair feel stiff or brittle and more prone to breakage, so I’m careful not to overdo it.Overall, it’s a solid intensive treatment when your hair needs extra moisture and softness, especially if you prefer oil-rich, silicone-free formulas. Just don’t reach for it every wash day.

Five minute deep treatment hair mask
I like this hair mask (or deep treatment conditioner). Full transparacy, I’ve used other items in this line and I really like them. I think they work well on my hair/needs and think it will for some others too. Before I get into my review, a bit about my hair. I have natural coily hair. My hair is on the dry side so I’m used to heavier products such as butters, oils, moisturizing shampoos, hair masks and conditioners. My hair thrives on it. Every few washes, I go in with a clarifying or deep cleansing shampoo product to remove any buildup. I mention that to say, the other items I’ve used in this line (namely the scalp exfoliator which is like a pre-shampoo treatment and the shampoo) are more on the clarifying side. I think this works best for oily hair or if, like me, you rotate clarifying products in every few washes. Yet, for this deep nourishing hair treatment, it’s a great follow up for those of us who need to add back in moisture after all that clarifying (I certainly needed it!).What I like: the scent is really nice. It’s minty. I didn’t feel any tingling or refreshing sensation on the scalp like I did with the other products (but that’s probably because I focused on my length of my hair versus the scalp) but it has some of the same ingredients. I like the size. This is in line with most all the deep conditioners and hair masks I generally use. I like how it applies. This is a thick product. I find with products like this you scoop some out, apply it to your hair and comb it through (I use a wide tooth comb) to ensure all of your strands get coated. This doesn’t slide down the hair, it goes where you put it, if that makes sense. It also rinses out really well. My hair didn’t feel slick or sticky once I washed it out.What is just ok for me (but I’ll try it differently next time): It adds a little moisture, but my strands needed a little more. I’m certain this is due to having dry hair and just using the clarifying items before, my hair just would have liked a little more. That being said, for me, next time, I’ll use this after a regular shampoo (more moisturizing) so my strands aren’t totally stripped. I think it would work better for me that way. Also, I may try using my heating cap (my hair loves when I do this. My strands get soooo soft and hydrated, but not limp).Overall, I really like this and will continue to use it. I won’t use it in sequence with the rest of the line, as I don’t think that’s necessary. I think this is a really nice deep treatment if your hair isn’t extremely dry (which again, my first use, my hair was). I still gave it five stars as it works as it states. It’s a five-minute hair treatment so you can apply it in the shower and finishing washing up before rinsing it out. Post rinsing out, my strands do feel strong and resilient (and I’ve put them through some stuff LOL), that’s why I’ll continue using. I just think I need to tweak what I’ll use this with… which is a me issue, not the product.

Packed with good ingredients, curly girl method approved
This is the third Mintree product I’ve tried, and I’m amused by the reviews saying it’s minty because if you’ve tried other products they have with a strong peppermint scent, this mask isn’t even remotely minty in comparison. I don’t even think it has mint. Instead it has a mix of botanical and citrus-type oils as this particular product is a conditioning mask instead of scalp care where the mint usually comes into play. I find it a relatively pleasing scent. Not my favorite but there’s nothing off-putting about it to me personally.This is a thick butter-style mask that is sulphate free and curly-girl approved. I personally could not find the ingredients in the listing but they must be there somewhere as the listing AI was able to pull them up for me. It doesn’t have anything harsh in it and it’s good for high porosity hair. It has quite a lot of oils and protein-rich products, so if your hair is sensitive to protein, do keep that in mind. Because this mask is so heavy in oils, I think that’s why there is an emphasis on thoroughly washing it out. This probably isn’t a product you want left on your scalp clogging pores, despite their claims it doesn’t. You may even want to only apply it to the lengths of your hair and then consider their lovely scalp products for the scalp health component of your hair care journey.As far as my own results with it, I have heat and bleach damaged curly hair that likes a good protein boost now and then and always craves moisture. This isn’t a product I will use daily but maybe once every week or two. Most of the ingredients in this product only target the outer shaft of the hair but it does help superficial levels of damage by helping with frizz, shininess, and hair strength. I didn’t notice any miraculous change in my hair but it has been soft and my curls don’t react negatively to it (they go flatter when they don’t like a product).You get a nice sized tub and I don’t find myself needing a huge amount to coat my hair, so for something with high quality ingredients like this I don’t think the price is terrible. If you research the company they seem to have a good and growing reputation for higher end Korean beauty products so I don’t think this is a cheap line being repackaged. And speaking of, all their products I’ve received do come packaged in a nice box and feel like higher quality products.Overall, I’ve enjoyed all the products I’ve tried from this company. I’ve checked their ingredients each time and they’re all good ingredients that appropriately target what each product claims to do and then some. I have a growing respect for this brand and feel comfortable recommending their products.

Thick, Luxurious Mask That Actually Helped My Badly Damaged Hair
This is a true hair mask — it has a very thick, paste-like consistency, and a little goes a long way. I have some serious blow-dryer damage, and I could genuinely feel a difference after using this. My hair felt luxurious, smooth, and softer after rinsing, without feeling greasy or sticky like some hair masks have left it.The only downside for me is the scent. I don’t particularly like it; it has a somewhat medicinal mint smell. In hindsight, I probably should have expected that minty scent from the name Mintree and the green packaging! Given how well it seems to be treating my damaged hair, maybe the medicinal scent is actually appropriate.This is definitely an investment for me since I rarely spend more than $10 on hair products. It is pricey. however, I wouldn’t use a mask like this every day, and the container is large. Combined with how thick the product is and how little you need each time, I expect it to last a very long time.Bottom line is I’m impressed with how it treat my damaged hair, and the results outweigh the scent issue for me. Treat yourself – and your hair to something special.
