The YOGI CARE MOROCCAN ARGAN OIL HAIR MASK is a rich, thick, deep hair conditioning product. This luxuriously thick hair mask is overkill for my fine, thin, wispy hair. This is the ideal product for those of you with full heads of hair that is thick, curly, unruly, or super long and luxurious. This will tame and repair hard-to-manage hair.Using it more than once a month makes my thin, baby-fine hair flat and lifeless. I use it infrequently, only on the ends, and don’t allow it to sit on my hair like the mask that it is. It leaves my hair soft and tangle-free. I can only imagine how well it must work on the types of hair it is intended for!If you have a head full of hair that needs taming and repair or that you have a hard time getting a comb through, I think you and your hair will love this stuff.It comes in a good-sized jar. It is a good value and will last you a long time.

Effective hair mask treatment
I have used the Argan Oil hair mask a few times now and it has made my hair softer and shinier each time I use it. I applied the Argan oil mask for about 30 minutes before I take a shower and I gently massaged the Argan oil in and throughout my hair, especially at the ends where my hair is the dryest and most damaged. I have not tried heating my hair while the mask was applied as it works fine for me without that step. While the directions say to use a small amount, I must say that I apply quite generously. This might not be necessary for most folks, but my hair is quite dry and frizzy. I still used the flat iron after showering and drying my hair, but the mask made a difference and I’ll continue to use it at least 1x/week.

I really enjoy the scent of this hair mask and it’s a good thickness. It works great and leaves my hair super soft.For what you get, this is an excellent value.

Very Rich
This mask is very moisturizing, almost too much so. My hair is fine and long, so frizz is an occasional problem depending on the weather. So my hopes for this product were to at least tame the frizz and bring life back to the ends of my hair. I can’t say this product doesn’t do that, but it is a matter of pros and cons.I like that this hair mask is very nourishing. It is super thick and works its way through hair easily. I let it rest as it is a hair mask, and in the end, my hair is very soft, albeit a bit greasy. It leaves a texture on my hair that takes a bit of effort to wash out. I wouldn’t mind, but it makes me look like I haven’t washed my hair and that’s the opposite of what happened. So I use this sparingly and only when I feel my hair really needs it.

Messy container, vague instructions, good for frizz.
This tub of argan oil hair mask came in really messy and it made me apprehensive to use it. I had to rinse off the outside to get the plastic off, but nothing actually looked broken on the jar, so I went ahead and risked it.The scent is VERY strong. It was a little overwhelming at first, but once it’s rinsed out it’s quite pleasant.I wasn’t sure how much to use, as this is my first time trying a hair mask. The instructions aren’t very clear as to when exactly to use it (or how often). I opted to treat it like conditioner and applied it to wet hair after shampooing. It says to “heat or leave on for 20 minutes” before rinsing, so I left it on because the only heating I can think to do would be blow drying, and it seems silly to blow dry your hair just to get it wet again.I think I lost twice as much hair as usual combing it out after rinsing, which was upsetting. On the upside, it definitely reduced the frizz my hair was getting during this humid summer, and it feels soft. I think it looks like it’s getting oil-clumpy very fast, so maybe I used too much, but I’m going to try using this once weekly since I do like the reduced frizz.

Messy on arrival
The seal was broke when it arrived. Kind of an oily lotion like material all through the packaging. Super unfortunate but it did make my hair a little softer. It’s kind of messy so just watch when you use it. Definitely make sure it works with your hair type first
