Squeeze tube and smooth creme over the desired area in a thick, even layer. Do not rub in. Leave creme on the area to be treated for at least 4 minutes.     Good depilation cream

    I use this cream for upper lip hair. It’s easy to apply and pretty thick. Takes 4 minutes, and the hair easily wipes off with a tissue. The only con is that very short or thin hair is not affected. Overall pretty pleased with the results.

    Great for a Hair Remover Cream

    I used Sally’s Beauty Supply Hair Removal Cream for 7 years until I ran out and bought it again. They completely changed their formula to make it smell better but it didn’t work anymore AT ALL. I tried this cream and it’s a slightly stronger (works in 4 mins vs 7 mins with the other product) but it absolutely does the trick! There’s always a slight burn for an hr or so afterwords and some light redness. So I’m the grand scheme of hair removal creams this hit all the high points: smells good, works well, works fast, clean application and removal.Tips:- don’t use on a freshly cleaned face. Slight oils protect your skin while still allowing the product to work.- don’t apply product afterwards for at least 4 hours. So at night works best.- you’ll have the least irritation if u do it the day after or many days after showering. And on a night where u didn’t have to wear make up that day.Love it, never want it to go away.

    It works, everyone. I’m a South Asian girl whose facial and body hair could rival most men lmao. I leave it on my upper lip for 10 minutes (absolutely no less) then wash off gently with a wet face cloth. It’s not good to get this on the lips, but spreading enough thick cream at the very sides of my mouth without touching my lips is hard therefore there’s usually a bit of hair I have to shave off with my derma razor. The soothing balm works well for that.Many other facial depilatory creams have left my skin irritated and almost bruised in its appearance, but not this. Note that the scent isn’t the best. All hair removal products smell like rotten eggs, but Nads has tried very hard to cover that up. The typical scent we all hate is there, but it’s quite mild. The entire time this cream was on my face, I was waiting for the scent to get worse. It’s almost on par with Avon’s “skin so soft” cream which is the holy grail for me. All in all I love this and will continue to purchase it until I can afford laser.

    It works really well

    When I first received this. I couldn’t wait to use it. I thought it was Nair. But it’s Nad’s. So I left it my chin and upper lip for 5 minutes like the direction said. (This is when I first used it.) And it didn’t work. So I waited to use it again for a month cause I didn’t think that it would work again. This time I left it on for 10 minutes and this time it worked. I used a spatula that comes with my other hair removal. And it came off really good. I think I didn’t leave it on long enough when I first used it. I think I read the amount of time wrong. But I’m so glad that I didn’t have no irritation after. Now my upper lip and chin feels better.

    Didn’t work

    I applied it on my daughter’s face (she’s 9). It didn’t work. I applied it for 5 minutes and removed it according to the instructions. I am uncertain whether I should have applied it for a longer duration or if she is too young, but I am curious to know if it has been unsuccessful for other individuals.

    I don’t recommend this product

    I have waxed for many years and am used to that burning sensation one gets whenever dealing with hair removal products and my skin is pretty sensitive, so it gets pink-red for just about anything which is frustrating. I, however, opted for an alternative solution to removing hair on my upper lip seeing as how the humidity in this heat has been getting in the way of me being able to properly wax. So, I tried the product and waited the four minutes as instructed on the box. After about two or three minutes my skin surely began turning bright pink. I was hoping that hair would actually be removed once I wiped the product off, but none came off. I then washed my upper lip area with soap and cold water, and patted it dry. I proceeded to then try for a second time and waited an additional five minutes. At this point my skin had began to burn, but I wanted the hair off so I waited it out. I then wiped the product off and noticed that it did remove a teensy bit off the left side, but none whatsoever on the right. I would have taken pictures, but it’s really not noticeable through a camera as all you’d be able to see would be that my skin is inflamed. The product is definitely not worth the hype. I feel this is something I would have found at a dollar store. The product does have that typical hair removal product smell, but that is expected due to the chemicals involved to remove hair. This product irritated a lot more than it actually helped remove hair. I am feeling bummed about it because I wouldn’t had minded the skin irritation as much had it actually removed the hair. I would give it zero stars if I could.

    I wish they’d sell the soothing balm on its own!!!!!!!!It’s tough to give an overall star grade because the facial hair removal cream didn’t remove any of my facial hair 🙁 , not the fine hair on my upper lip nor my coarse chin hairs–> BUT <--I *ADORED* the soothing balm that's included in this box!!! The balm was a wonderful, smooth cooling texture with 0 stinging, even when used immediately after the hair removal cream. It was wonderful on my finicky skin; I used this balm after putting Nad's Body Butter on my pits and it was great there too! I'm about to try Nad's after-wax-soothing-wipes, so fingers crossed the formula is similar to what is in this balm.(BTW, Nad's Body Butter ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08WR6K8HT/ref=ewc_pr_img_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 ) works great to remove my upper lip and coarse chin hairs. I know it’s “body” butter but I had no adverse reaction when using- a thin layer for 4 minutes for my upper lip- a thick layer for 10 minutes on my jawline/chin + neckI’m a simple skincare process girlie so if you’re like me and you like to use the fewer products the better – especially when just getting into skincare – I’d recommend trying the Nad’s Body Butter for every hair removal area except bikini.)
