Great quality steel clippers, but easy to handle now that I struggle with grip in my 60s
I love the size of these nail clippers, but more importantly, I love that I can handle the with ease. I’m in my 60s now and have noticed I that I have had a loss of dexterity in picking up small things with my fingers or getting a secure grip to keep a hold of items. Not so with these clippers. The design, weight, and functionality of them seems to do well for me and I’m pleased with them and the price was so reasonable. They simply feel comfortable in my hand. The quality of the steel and sharpness has been excellent as well.

Clean cuts, though the splash guard takes some getting used to
These clippers feel sturdy and practical, with stainless steel construction that gives them a solid feel in hand. The cutting edge works cleanly on regular fingernails, and the larger size makes them easier to control than very small clippers. The anti splash feature is useful for keeping nail pieces more contained, especially when trimming at a desk or sink.The main drawback is that the added guard can make it slightly harder to see the exact cutting angle at first. It is not a major issue, but it may take a few uses to get comfortable with. Overall, this is a useful everyday grooming tool with good build quality and a more controlled trimming experience than basic clippers.

Cuts through thick nails and doesn’t send clippings everywhere
It’s a nice set, even the case. The case isn’t heavy but it’s strong and doesn’t flex or bend, good for throwing in a backpack, suitcase, etc without worrying that it’s going to open. The clipper cuts thick toenails like they’re regular fingernails. They cut evenly without needing to force them closed. I’ve broken cheaper clippers before trying to get them to close and this one is so easy. The guard really does make a difference in preventing a mess, most of the clippings stayed inside and the fee that escaped fell down instead of flying away.

Sturdy, Sharp, Well Balanced Nail Clippers with Clipper Catcher & Effective Nano Glass File!
These RedFlow Large Nail Clippers really feel professional! They are indeed large, and sturdily built out of stainless steel. They feel very well made and high quality. The blades are very sharp, so you won’t have to cut twice! They would be large and sharp enough to cut toenails as well as fingernails. They are cleverly fitted with a little clipping catcher between the blades, so the clippings won’t just litter the floor. When you’re done, you just empty the catcher into the trash. This set also includes a nano glass file for filing your nails after clipping. One side of the file has a very fine filing surface that feels a bit like sticky paper. It really works! You can see the bits of nail on the glass after filing even one nail. (See photos.). The set comes nicely nestled in a metal presentation box. This would make a great gift! This is an unusually excellent nail clipper and file set!I was a little skeptical at first, because I’ve tried various nail clippers over the years, mostly cheaply made with dull blades, too-strong springs, and coarse metal files. This set is a different world! This clipper feels a strong precision tool! The sharp blades cut precisely and decisively—no need for re-dos! The clipping catcher is a very clever addition. (My cat’s nail clippers have one. Why not for human clippers too?) Some of the clippings will fly off to the side, and a few might fall out during the clipping process, so it isn’t a perfect solution. But it does really help! At least half of the clippings will go into the trash instead of onto the floor. This is a very well designed, quality nail file!The nano glass file is a wonder! I’d never seen one before. I was surprised at how well it worked! After filing even one nail, you will be able to see the nail shavings on the file. (See the last photo. Those shavings are from just one nail!). The nano glass file gives the nails a nice smooth edge. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll never go back to metal files.The nano glass file comes in a plastic storage sleeve, which gives it much-needed protection. The metal presentation box is a nice idea. A set of this quality certainly deserves it! It would perhaps be more useful, however, if the storage container were much smaller—just big enough to hold the clippers and nail file. That would make it much more useful for travel, and even for storage at home. (How much dresser space do most of us have?). It would also be nice if the metal box were hinged, so that you can’t lose the lid, and decorated somehow. Plain silver is nice enough, but rather dull.A nail clipper with glass file can be had for $4 to $16. Most cost around $8 to $10. At the list price of $9.99, this set is priced about average. Given how high quality it is, it is a good deal.Buy this nail clipper and file set! Both are excellent quality! The sharp, sturdy, well balanced nail clippers will cut your nails decisively and precisely. The clipping catcher will catch at least half of the clippings so that they don’t end up all over the place. And the nano glass file will give those nails a nice smooth, professional finish that you can see and feel! The set comes in a metal presentation box, so that it is well protected and would make a great gift. This is a very good quality set for the price. Once you try these, you’ll never go back to the cheapies!

Great set, recommend
I really like this clipper/file set. That is saying something because I have ordered a few lately and have not liked them, so have quite a few sets to compare it to. The clipper works well; it’s easy to press, sharp and sturdy. I like that is catches the clipped nails, other than when I set it on the vanity, it turned on its side and they spilled out. You will want to keep it upright if you set it down before emptying it, to prevent that.I like the size of the clipper, neither too small or too big. Maybe a little big to put in a pocket at about 3.5 inches but otherwise a good size for usability.I especially am impressed with the glass file. I have not used one before and it works so much better than your typical emery board. I have actually used the file at times instead of the clipper to shape my nails instead of just clipping them short, which sometimes ends up being shorter than I want. It easily just rinses clean after running under water. I love the durability of the file and the fact that it shouldn’t wear out vs disposable type files.The set comes in a reusable metal container for storage or portability for travel.This was priced at $13 and currently has a coupon bringing the price down to $9.09; I feel this is a good value for the set. This is an easy 5-star evaluation. I would order again and recommend this clipper/file set.

Terrific nail clipper with a game changer feature
These nail clippers are absolutely fantastic because they have a nice clean cut on the nail that is smooth and not jagged. In addition, you don’t have to apply too much pressure to perform the cut. However, the feature I love the most on this nail clipper is the guard that it has on each side of the clipper. This prevents the nails from flying everywhere which is something I would try to avoid by cutting my finger nails inside of a plastic bag. Well no longer do I have to struggle with that approach thanks to these nail clippers. The clipper itself has great craftsmanship that is made out of beautiful durable stainless steel. As an added bonus the clipper comes in a very nice sturdy storage box with a small nano file which feels great. Hands down the best pair of nail clippers I have ever owned. Highly recommend!
