Natural sant Hair Mask with Onion, Rosemary and Argan Oil plus Collagen, 3 Peptides and 11 Amino Acid Complex for Strength and Growth

So far, so GOOD!

I sure like the smooth and shiny results I got from my initial try of this Natural Sant Hydrating Hair Mask Boost. This was my first time using a “hair mask” product, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I used it on my shoulder-length, color-treated hair, which has been experiencing some discouraging breakage in the past few months. I’ve been trying various products designed to repair and strengthen damaged hair, but I’m partial to natural solutions rather than those with a list of ingredients I can’t even pronounce.This mask passes that test. It’s formulated with healthy, natural ingredients, including collagen, argan oil and biotin, along with natural extracts and hair-friendly peptide and amino acid complexes, plus vitamin E, B7 (aka biotin) and B5 (aka panthenol). Despite its rosemary and onion extracts it contains, I found that it has no discernable scent, which I appreciate. I adore the smell of rosemary, but onion on my hair…? Not so much. I wish I could take a pic of the full ingredient list from the jar to include with this review, but it’s in teensy pink text on a silver label, which is near inscrutable, even squinting under full overhead lighting. But I’m happy to report that the label indicates this product is cruelty-free, salt-free and sulfate- & paraben-free. All good things.I made the attached short video clip to demonstrate both the size of the jar and the consistency of the product. The jar is larger and heftier than I expected and contains a generous amount of product. The consistency is difficult to describe: not thick like a paste, but not runny like water either. It has sort of an in-between creamy texture that applies easily without sloshing or dripping, and it feels clean and fresh going on, not sticky or greasy.The directions include two ways to use this hair mask. Both recommend an all-over application, from scalp and roots to hair ends. If you go with the daytime option, you apply it to damp hair, comb it through, leave it on for half an hour, then rinse. I’d probably do that in conjunction with a shower and my usual shampoo regimen. The second option is to apply it to your hair at bedtime, leave it on overnight, then wash your hair the next morning. I chose that second option and just put a towel under my head to protect the pillowcase.I plan to do a second treatment in a couple days for the two-per-week that the manufacturer recommends. I expect that the results will get even more noticeable with time.

moisturizing

This hair mask is pretty good at making my hair feel more moisturized and less tangled. My hair gets easily frizzy and dry, but this certainly helped. It was easier to comb it afterwards and even to style it. The smell isn’t too strong so that’s a plus as well.

Perfect hair mask for thin hair!

I’ve used this Natural sant Hair Mask Boost a few times now and to be honest I’ve loved it since the first use. I have fine hair, its not super thin but I would say its thick at the roots and thins out past my chin. I would say my hairs between 20-22 inches long and the bottom half is thinning and damaged from too much chemical damage over the years. Because of that I need extra moisture on the dry ends but thick hair masks weigh my roots down, and its caused me to struggle to get the hydration I need and but still keep volume. This mask is the perfect consistency for me, its very lightweight, just slightly heavier than a conditioner, which I get may not be ideal for some hair types. But for me it works amazingly. I apply it and comb it through and throw it up in a clip for about 10 minutes while I shave or exfoliate and all that good stuff in the shower, when I rinse it out my hair feels so soft and has plenty of slippage so that my hair easily detangles when I go to brush it. It makes it so that I only need like two sprays of leave in conditioner, which helps even more to not weigh my hair down. It gives my hair the softness and moisture that those thicker hair masks achieve but even better it doesnt feel like its just sitting on top of my strands, it feels like its actually absorbs and thats the main reason I love this mask so much so far. I also really like the scent, if you have tried other onion and rosemary products you’ll know what I’m talking about, its hard to explain because its not fully a fruity scent, I would say its a fresh/clean scent with a light fruitiness to it. It kind of reminds me of Pantene. As for the formula you really cant beat a mask that has peptides, vitamins, collagen, biotin and onion all stimulating hair growth from all angles. Argan oil for hydration, shine, anti breakage and smoothing frizz. I think this mask is amazing for thin or fine hair, Im not sure how well it would perform on very dense or high porosity hair since it is lightweight, but if you want a mask thats not super heavy I would absolutely give this one a try. Its the perfect texture for my hair and based on the ingredients I do think it could help aid in the repair and regrowth of thinning and brittle hair over time with a similar shampoo, conditioner and serum system. I really would love to try a leave in with this same formula and will absolutely try more products from Natural sant in the future.
