Works great for my curly days or blowouts
NEUMA Neu Volume Styling Spray. I have wavy/curly hair that is fine and can get frizzy/limp. And for the bonus I live in a part of the world with high heat and humidity for most of the year. This spray gave my hair the extra oomph it needed even when I was doing a blowout and straightening my hair. The scent leaves a little something to be desired but I figured I probably wouldn’t be a fan since it has patchouli but it is not overwhelming and you do not smell it on your hair. The price is a bit spendy but it is a salon product and it works without having to use much at all. I plan on keeping this on hand for the blowout days.

NEUMA Neu Volume Styling Spray
I have very fine, limp hair so finding volumizing products that don’t coat and weigh my hair down has been a lifelong challenge. This spray did offer some volume without being overly stiff or sticky. I’m able to apply it directly to my roots and avoid weighing down the ends.The scent is quite nice. I abhor patchouli and if I had known that this product had patchouli in the scent, I would have never tried it. Somehow, they’ve managed to create a nice blend of the patchouli with other scents that makes it enjoyable to use. It’s a little spicy and sweet. Reminds me somewhat of what you would smell in an incense shop without causing me watery eyes or sneezing. It smells great and my boyfriend thinks so too.

Just what I needed for my thinning hair
I have noticed my that my hair has been thinning as I get older (I just turned 50). I try to get it cut often and keep it at a shorter length so that it will retain some of it’s volume and bounce but it’s been a struggle.This is a one of many products that I have tried in the last couple of years to get back my volume. The only difference between this product and the others is that this one really works!I apply the the product to the roots of my clean damp hair before blow drying and this product adds strength to my roots to help lift them up. It works wonders without adding weight to my hair.The spray nozzle releases just the right amount of product to my hair and the light scent of the product makes me feel like I’m at a high end salon.I know the spray doesn’t prevent/fix my thinning hair but it sure does help me cover it up when I need it the most. So happy to have found this product!

Packaging directions
Received this product today. I haven’t opened it.There is a serious issue with packaging. The directions for use are impossible to read for a couple reasons: white ink on a baby blue background doesn’t provide contrast; the typeface is incredibly tiny. This is disappointing.

Fabulous styling spray!
My stylist carries the Neuma line in her shop, so I am familiar with the line and have used many of the products. This Neuvolume styling spray is so much nicer to use than the volume styling gelee from Neuma I have been using when my hair needs some oomph. I sprayed this volumizer everywhere on my damp hair before blow drying. I like being able to target the spray at my roots and also my temples where hair is thinner. This spray contains coconut oil, avocado oil and other botanical oil extracts to combat stiffness and promote shine. It came out bouncy, shiny and full looking. Better yet it didn’t feel coated or stiff from a heavy product. The scent is earthy, notes of fennel, Ylang Ylang, patchouli and vanilla. It may sound heavy, but it’s very light and dissipates after drying. I love it because it’s very similar to the thickening shampoo and conditioner I’ve used from Neuma. My kind of scent!This actually passed the boyfriend test. He asked me if I’d been to the salon and commented that my hair looks great, and so thick! When they notice, it’s huge! Neuma Neuvolume Styling Spray is now my favorite styling product. Will check out the rest of this new line and highly recommend!

Good Volumizing Spray! Smells Great!
This NEUMA Neu Volume Styling Spray works Well!I use volumizing spray when my hair is wet and I spray my roots wherever I want added lift and volume to my hair. I then blow dry with a round brush.This spray smells fantastic, didn’t leave my hair stiff or sticky after blow drying and it definitely gave me the lift I look for in a volumizer.I love it!

I bought this NeuVolume Styling Spray because I’ve been using the now discontinued “neuVolume blow out mist” volumizing spray in the orange bottle, and this was Neuma’s suggested replacement in their new product line. This is a very bad replacement. I have fine, natural blonde hair occasionally color treated with balayage lightening in the wintertime. I used the blow out mist on my roots after every wash for two years, and I never had a single bad hair day, which is why I loved it so much. It stayed styled for 3+ days with minimal touch-up. This new spray made my hair look oily at the roots and unable hold a curl for even a few hours. I found myself heat styling my hair twice a day to compensate. I tried using less, since it was so heavy, but no improvement. After several applications, I switched to Pureology’s Levitation Mist. It worked much better. It’s not quite as dependable as the old Neuma blow out mist, but if you have hair like mine, Pureology’s Levitation Mist is a much better option. Hope this helps those who loved the old product. Because I waited to use this product until I used up the old bottle, I am now outside the return window. Wish I had tried it sooner so I could get my money back. This stuff is not cheap. What a waste.
