    Overall great for skin health, tattoos or not …

    I selected this to use on my tattoos for keeping my skin cared for better as the months get drier and the heat starts needing to be used, but I really love how it makes my skin feel and I use it on my legs with no tattoos every time I shower right now. It has helped reduce dryness and my skin looks less dull. I love how easy it is to use, that is is hands-free since I often just hate feeling lotions and oils on my hands, and it does not leave heavy oily or greasy feelings on my skin. It feels very refreshing and I will be buying a replacement when this one runs out!

    Super fine mist skin conditioner

    Like to keep this spray in the shower and mist myself in there as the mist spreads a bit widely. I however like that it is in a mist form because it is quicker and easier than having to spread over my whole body. I have sensitive skin and I didn’t have any irritation issues with this but don’t take my word, I always recommend patch testing first.It doesn’t say it in the directions but I think shaking the bottle really well each time you use it to make sure you get all the good oils delivered to your skin otherwise it feels watery. When I first used it I was wondering why I couldn’t really feel the oils on my skin then I realized oils were probably all at the top. Sure enough shaking made a difference. I like that it soaks in quickly and I can immediately get dressed and not feel super greasy. The fragrance is nice its not too overpowering. I can really smell the lemongrass oil in this most. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea my husband thought it smelled kind of like a citronella candle. My biggest concern is there is no expiration date markings anywhere. I feel like that’s a bit of a big oversight. Overall it is a convenient gentle skin conditioner but could use some improvements.

    Spray OIL

    This is a mixture of a bunch of different oils in a ‘continuous spray’ bottle. It’s a very odd product and it’s honestly easier if someone else applies it on you. It’s hard to aim the spray from far enough away on yourself. So, you end up with a heavy spray on a small area and you have to spread it with your hands anyway. Meh.I gave it 3 stars anyway because the product is formulated and distributed in the USA. Where is it made, you ask? Who knows. I can’t even find out and I looked HARD for the info. It’s a nice blend of beneficial oils and it smells pretty good… Like if you were eating Thai curry while walking through a Pier One Imports.

    After a shower is the best use

    I found that using this after a shower really is the best way to appreciate this spray oil. When I spray it on dry skin with no shower, it becomes a bit sticky to touch and my skin doesn’t react as well to soak it in. Right out of the shower, though, my skin is warm and, even with a towel dry, I’m still a bit damp so the oil spreads a little easier and isn’t as sticky as a result. I do like the smell of it, however if you over-apply it the smell can be a bit overwhelming initially. It doesn’t seem to linger that long, and after time I can still sense a whiff every now and then and it’s then that I appreciate it’s presence when it’s not as strong. But adding a differently scented perfume isn’t really an option.This did not come in a box, which surprised me. It isn’t appropriately sealed and I’m glad it did not leak or spray during shipment, which seems like that could easily happen. I found no ‘best by’, expiration nor manufacturing dates. The spray comes out in a wide mist, so note that it’s a learning curve to not blast the sprayer and temper how hard and fast you pull the ‘trigger’ lever. The list of ingredients (see pics) appeals to me, assuming this is a complete list. What puzzled me is that the bottle and one part of the listing gives a large combination of oils and nothing else. Elsewhere in the listing it says that this contains beeswax which isn’t included with the ingredients. It makes sense, however, given the slight stickiness, could it be the beeswax that’s giving that sensation, or is the listing including info about another product that they offer with beeswax in it? It’s a bit confusing.In summary, I like the oils blended into this product, the mild scent it provides after sinking in, and using it right after a shower to lock in the moisture. I’m not sold on the lack of a safety product seal, the wide sprayer, and a bit confused about the full list of ingredients. It’s between 3.5 to 4 stars to me, but I settled on 4 b/c it provides natural oils that nourish the skin.

    Not A Fan!

    There’s a few concerns I have with this product. I really wanted to like it however, I’ll explain. Firstly, what attracted me is the impressive ingredient list and presentation in the ad photos & ad copy. I like that it’s free from silicone, phthalates, parabens & mineral oil.One unpacked, however, the can wasn’t in the box as shown in the photo and it wasn’t sealed over the spray head or shrink wrapped from spray head to can base. I really can’t believe a body care product would be sold in such a haphazard manner.There’s no information about the impressive botanicals with regard to sourcing, such as non-GMO or cGMP manufacturing standards, and no location for where it was made, merely “distributed by.” There’s also no shelf life, which is highly irregular for a product with these ingredients.I did a skin patch test so I could share my initial impressions though I don’t plan to use the product. I didn’t have a reaction but will say the sprayer is extremely inconvenient. It casts a massive amount of product in a very wide area. The spray mechanism doesn’t have any controller or adjustment to concentrate the volume or area. There’s a pleasant scent, and it seems natural based on the ingredient list. Though this is supposed to be non-oily or sticky, it isn’t so. The treated area remains rather wet after the product is absorbed and becomes tacky, almost sticky to the touch. I can’t imagine using this while dressed.Because of the deficiencies I’ve mentioned, I can’t recommend this to other shoppers.Though the product was provided under Amazon’s Vine program, I used the item as I would any purchase, and wrote an unbiased, honest review based on my experience.
