I like everything about this hand wax device. There was nothing to install, easy directions of how to get things warmed up and it came with lovely lavender scented blocks of wax. The size of the basin is perfect for a female that’s 5’6”. I have five trigger fingers and arthritis so I’m dipping my hands every couple of hours. And if you have a towel that you don’t mind getting wax on it, the warmth lasts up to seven minutes. The heated wax takes my pain away for hours.

I like the size of the unit. Small and yet has enough room to use. Being a smaller size, it doesn’t require tons of wax to get to the right amount to submerge your hands.. It took all 4 units of wax to melt to get to the place where I could submerge my hands. It comes with plastic gloves to put over your waxed hands, as well as plastic bags for your feet to put on after you dip your hands/feet in wax. Then put them in the include hand muffs and feet cozies warmers. A good hint, if you want. Is to use hand. or foot cream first before submerging your hands to make the wax come off easier. I didn’t seem to have a problem without using cream, but it’s a choice. I haven’t tried the feet yet. I certainly have every expectation for the same successful results on my hands. It has an automatic shut-off after a long period if you forget to turn it off. You need to melt the wax first, then add the included plastic grate over the melted wax. Makes the wax melt faster. The grate to made it so that you don’t come in contact with the metal bottom for a possible burn. Then you start dipping. I like to double-dip. I spread my fingers out starting with the tips and then completely submerge. the rest of your hand Then I wait a few seconds for that wax to stick and do another dip.. Cons: The unit is made of plastic which makes me feel if on accident you drop it, It will break.

The size is perfect and it heats up quickly. I’ve found the perfect temperature for me is 141. I turn it on about 3 hours before I’m ready to use it it comes with plastic booties and soft Velcro booties to keep the wax warm and allow it to gradually harden. It comes with wax but when all wash is melted it is still not enough to cover the top of the foot so you may need to buy extra. I put foot cream on and then dip each foot 3 times to cover them out the plastic bootie in then the outer booties on. It’s relaxing and has helped my cracked heels way better than with the foot cream alone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

No power at all. I even moved the cord to an outlet I was sure worked (because the previous occupant worked). There is a power icon on the screen but pressing it does nothing. It’s going back.

Great for my home spa!
The unit is compact yet big enough for hand dips, requiring less wax to use but does need all four wax packets to fill. It comes with gloves, foot bags, hand muffs, and foot cozies for after wax treatments. The included grate helps melt wax faster and prevents skin from touching the metal bottom. It has an auto shut-off feature. Double-dipping works well, and applying hand or foot cream before dipping is optional. Only downside: the plastic build may break if dropped.

Works but needs more wax than what’s included.
This thing works, but the wax it comes with isn’t enough to use it with the plate at the bottom. And the lavender in the wax is annoying. You need more wax to fill it halfway. The included wax only fills a quarter of the tank. Now I have to wait for another order to actually use this thing.

You will need much much more wax
I would rather buy my own wax with a cheaper price on the machine and accessories. The smell is very strong, but the wax is moisturizing. Just 1 pack of the lavender (0.5lb) with 4lbs of unscented is enough for the scent. You will need 4.5 lbs of wax to get to 2500ml line. I haven’t tried feet yet, but at 2.5 lbs of wax my hand wasn’t submerged with the heat guard.The wax is very soothing on my hand joints in the winter. Being able to control the temperature of the wax is much better than a random high/low.

El primer dia de uso y ha dejado de funcionar, sin llegar a ser utilizado. Venia con un enchufe americano, no apto para España. Al ponerlo en marcha la temperatura venia en grados fahrenheit. EL panel de control no funciona y la rejilla interior se ha deshecho. En un aparato que cuesta casi 100 € és un timo.
