Fabulous and durable!
I love this glass set of nail files. They are very high quality and very durable. The glass nail files shape my nails without causing splintering and splitting. The one I am most impressed with is the glass cuticle pusher. This is the whole reason why I got this set. I have never used a glass cuticle pusher before and I love using this one. Not only does it push your cuticles back it also files off all of the dead skin and cuticle skin from your nail bed prepping your nails for your manicure so much faster. I am impressed by how well these clean up and how they maintain their grit. I honestly expected the grit to smooth down dramatically after using the nail files once but they haven’t, the grit has stayed the same. I am definitely ordering another set for myself as well as several sets to give as gifts for Christmas.

This glass nail file set is decently made, and feels like a quality glass. I’m not a huge fan of them however. First of all they are thick. to the point where it almost becomes unusable for some nails/spots. while that thickness probably helps with the inherent fragility of glass, it does nothing for the buffing edge. If that brushes up against anything harder than the glass, it quickly dulls out, so they must remain in their case. With all that said, it would make a nice Xmas gift for someone that’s careful with their things

Personally The Best Files I Have Ever Used
The grit on these couldn’t be better. The cuticle pusher is without a doubt the best that I have ever tried because it actually has a perfect grit to it to make filing off those pieces of new skin at the cuticle area that we need to get off far easier, more precise and yet more gentle than everything I have tried previously. I didn’t realize what a difference this would make (first photo).The buffer in the second photo is a beautiful, final smoothing tool of the nail bed area. What’s nice about it is that is it such a fine grit that it doesn’t remove hardly any nail. This is important to me because I have such thin, natural nails. I do use this sometimes in the cuticle area where it’s whitish or to just smooth and shine my nail bed. However, most of the time I am so rushed and unaccustomed to using it that it simply sits looking beautifully refined in my container completing the set of 3 for style.The last file in the 3rd photo I prefer compared to other basic files I’ve tried because it files off material swiftly and perfectly. Yet, it is not so abrasive that it takes off too much material weakening my nails. I also have a preference for it because of its size. This smaller file allows me to easily hit every part of my nail. It is so important to hit the edges of the nails because if they are not roughened up by filing, the edges are where they will peel off! So of course this file is far better than larger ones for this purpose.I love the ways these look together as a set. They look and feel high end. The glass sounds so beautiful when it clinks together when I’m holding more than one piece at one time like in the last photo. Holding them makes me feel like I’ve made it, so I am able to have beautiful tools like this that work so well.I like to keep these files completely visible in a clear glass container in my workspace. So, I don’t use the black covers that secured them during shipping.I don’t know that I could like a file set like this any better really with its black gradient, workability, and clear glass shine. That’s just IMHO.

Well made nail set – will last a very long time
This is a really nice nail file set with a cuticle pusher and a nail buffer to smooth edges when finished. I can’t believe how well this works with barely any effort. My nails have never looked better and have not split like they usually do since using this. You can see in my picture the file on the far left is smooth which buffs out the edges afterward filing. The only thing I wish was that the holder for each file were a little nicer and maybe we’re all in one instead of three separate holders. I end up digging around in my drawer trying to find all three.

The fine grit on these was just what I was looking for!
Each of these pieces in this kit come in velvet sleeves, tiny fibers of which do catch on the tools and may be seen in my photos, but that’s preferable to leaving them exposed.The file and double ended cuticle pusher have a very fine grit to them. This is what I prefer since I clip my nails first, then go back over them to smooth out the edges with a nail file. The slanted end of the cuticle pusher works great at pushing that skin back and I’ve been using the pointed side to remove any residual skin stuff from my nail bed.I admit that I didn’t know what the smallest tool in this set was and had to look it up. Apparently it’s a buffer meant to be used on the surface of your nail bed to make it shine. I personally probably won’t use it much since I already have issues with my nail bed flaking, as you can see in some of my photos. One side does have a very slight texture to it, the other side is smooth, as far as I can tell.If you’ve never used glass nail tools before, I do recommend them! They last longer than the disposable versions and I like that I can rinse them off after every use, plus spray them down with alcohol to clean them off.
