Perfect for travel!
I was so surprised at how much power this hot brush had considering how light it is. Even the lowest setting dried and styled my extension hair within 15 minutes!I’m used to bringing my heavy high end hair dryer on trips cause I truly could not live without it. However, the weight of this hot brush makes it so convenient to throw in a suitcase! I love that the brush heads are detachable and allow for multi-styling options.The heat is a little strong for my liking, I would’ve liked a setting that had lower heat but have justified the heat when using a heavy hand of high quality heat protectant.The brushes keep my hair smooth and the style lasts through the day! The price point is unbeatable too and this hot brush stacks up well against higher end competitors.Overall a great buy!

Easy to use, but doesn’t really replace a blow dryer
Hair toolI ordered this to make styling my hair easier. I have long, averagely thick, straight hair. I love the look of a blowout with curled ends, but I always struggle a bit with the traditional round brush in one hand and blow dryer in the other. This tool feels a little bulky but it definitely was easier to handle. It was effective at smoothing my hair and putting a little curl on the ends. The quality seems adequate for the price point. However, I found that this tool didn’t have a lot of drying power, so it wasn’t really any faster than doing a traditional blowout for me. I found that I really needed to rough dry my roots with a blow dryer first, and then use this tool to finish styling. That was a little disappointing, since I was really hoping for an all in one tool. I have a small bathroom with minimal counter space, so it’s annoying to need to juggle 2 large hair tools. Overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations – it was effective on my hair but not necessarily better than doing a traditional blowout. I think it’s an ok value but I don’t think I would recommend it over other options.

Red by Kiss Hot Air Brush
Red by Kiss is a brand that I love for heat styling tools. This hot air brush does not disappoint. Not only does it work on my natural hair, it also does a great job with wigs. It is lightweight and east to hold and grip. Like many, when using on natural hair for the first time, the first thought is, will i have any hair left after using this…the answer is yes. This brush worked so well after i washed, shampooed, conditioned and detangled my hair. Little sections helped a lot and the medium heat setting was not intense. Hair was stretched nicely and it took about 45 minutes to complete the whole hair. This is a great styling tool to have.

This RED hot air brush is first of all so attractive! The lavender purple with the rose gold touches is chef’s kiss💕💜🩷It comes with two (2) interchangeable brushes one is 1.5″ round is versatile for any hair length and the much larger ceramic barrel for max volume! There are four (4) heat settings and each barrel has cool touch tip.I love that the cord offers 360° swivel and there’s a little loop to hang if desired.The barrels are super easy to change, just place and twist to the left, it snaps right in place you’ll hear the click to confirm (which is also oddly satisfying lol). There is a release bottom to take off. It’s best to store with the barrels off for easy and compact storing.One thing I wish it came with a little storage /travel bag that would be nice.I am surprised at how lightweight the brush is! Not heavy at all, easy to handle, but my wrist was getting a bit weak/sore about halfway in.This is my first round brush but I have a paddle dryer brush which has the exact same handle design they claim to be ergonomic, so I guess that’s just how they’re made now.Ngl I wondered if this would rip my hair out by the root lol I was nervous; but it is so gentle on the hair. I even think somehow I experienced less shedding than when I use my paddle brush.I have naturally curly type 4 fine and delicate yet thicker hair. I made sure to wash and detangle using a good slip conditioner; also applied leave-in and heat protectant.I twisted four sections and clipped them to lock everything (moisture) in while I’m working on each section individually.It really got my roots good! Something the paddle brush, or any other dryer for that matter, just couldn’t do as well. My hair got straight fast; it took me only about 30min to dry my whole head.I LOVE this brush so much it definitely is a permanent part of my hair routine now and wash days in particular. Sometimes I may incorporate both brushes sometimes. I would 💯💯💯% recommend this baby to all the girlies (and guys) you will not be disappointed.

Great combination hair drying and volumizing brush for teens
My daughter has difficulty with managing the tangles and frizz in her hair so she was happy to assist in evaluating this product to see if it would make managing her hair a little easier. The Red Hot Air brush arrived in a cardboard package with images of the product and information covering the exterior. Inside the box we found the violet colored air brush neatly packaged and no signs of damage upon inspecting the device. The device includes two brush head attachments based on your preference for styling your hair. My daughter plugged in the unit and was able to get a good amount of heat from the unit while brushing her hair after taking a shower. She loved that it made drying her hair much easier although it took a bit of time for her to get accustomed to how to hold and brush with it. She also shared that it wasn’t too heavy for her but could see it becoming tiring if you have a lot of length to your hair that needs brushing. The build quality seems really good and she felt it was a premium hair styling tool. As such she would recommend this to other teens that are looking for a way to speed up their brushing process.

Very loud and weak air blow dryer
This product looked very interesting, a hot iron, plus a hair brush, plus a blow dryer all in one. The color is subtle but stands out because many hair tools have a sleek black or silver touch, this is lavender color with chrome blush pink details. The product as a whole is a long and awkward in size so there’s not a great place to store it. It would have to be dismantled with pieces here and there. I think it should have came with a storage bag or case container since it has a long handle m, longer cord and two barrel brushes. This is much noisier than my hair dryer. I find that baffling because the air flow is much weaker than a fan. The cool air setting is more warm than cool. When turned on to the low setting I smelled something burning. The medium setting and high setting smelled of burning stronger. I have thin long hair so for me the low setting was tolerable. The brush tugged at my hair so I lost a few strands because it got stuck somewhere in the bristles even though I combed my hair tangled-free first. It did not dry my hair so I wouldn’t use this on wet hair unless it would be around a 30 minute to an hour drying time. On the low setting I was able to give my hair length a slight wave which I liked. The assembly or attaching of the the brush heads on the handle was easy, but taking it off took a bit of grit and pull even with the release button. Over all it’s an ok product. I think with a much weaker air flow than a blow dryer or even a fan on low speed, it should not sound like a screeching engine.

Excellent for thick Puerto Rican Hair (and others of course)
My GF is Puerto Rican so thick dark hair. Humidity is not her friend as it curls quickly. So, she is always looking for a quality hot air blower. This brush fits the bill. Its well-made and does get hot enough to straighten her hair. With just a few passes her hair is smooth and manageable. She was skeptical at first but now it’s her go to (vs. her hair dryer – which was a whole another adventure to find one strong enough). The extra barrels allow her to also use it on her daughter or if she wants to add light curls to her hair. The cord is about 3′ so plenty long enough to move around. Its easy to use with simple on off controls and heat controls. It has plenty of power to not only smooth hair but also dry it deep down. Highly recommended.
