This is a review for “RED by KISS Heated Electric Round Brush 1.5 Inch Fast Heating Curling Iron Roll Brush with LED Display, Max Temperature of 400°F, Anti-Scald Bristles, Swivel Cord, Heat Glove Included”Pros-Easy to cycle through the temperature optionsI was able to get my curtain bangs curled, such that my hair looked almost as good as when I get my hair cut.-Reasonable price; priced appropriately for its quality-Included heat protecting glove is very stretchy. Should work for everyone except those with really large handsCons-Bristles are a little short, so hair doesn’t have much to grab to stick on to. My hair kept falling off the brush, unless I started at the very bottom of my hair and rolled quickly upwards, to wrap the ends in before they could flop off-If you have thin or fine hair, this might not be the best curling iron/brush for you.-More bristles might also help give your hair something to grab on to-Not a con but an observation. The curling iron handle is very light. Feels hollow. Handle is made of plastic.Is this the best large barrel curling iron available? No, but it is reasonably priced, it heats up and I was able to style my hair, so I will continue to use it.

It’s OK
This is OK, but I didn’t like it as much as I hoped.It basically acts like a curling iron, but without the smoothness created by the tongs of a barrel.The bristles are too short to deal with longer hair. Like most women these days, and my hair is long and by the time I have it wound up, there are no bristles left to grip it.All of that said, this does heat up quickly. The LED display is easy to read in the mirror thanks to its decent size.I found the glove pretty useless, to be honest. That might have to do with the short bristles and the whole barrel being buried in long hair.It’s honestly just not my thing. I thought this would give a finish more like a blowout. It works fine on my bangs, but that’s pretty much it.I’m keeping it in case short hair becomes fashionable at some point in the near future. I think it might be better in that case.

This heated curling brush works well for smoothing and adding shine, especially on medium to long hair, and it heats up really fast. The LED display is easy to read, and the multiple heat settings let you experiment without worrying about damage. Shorter layers can be tricky to style because the bristles are too short and the barrel a bit large, so it may take extra passes. The included glove doesn’t help much, and long hair can tangle if you’re not careful. Overall, it’s lightweight, travel-friendly, and leaves hair sleek, just not ideal for layered or very long hair.

Curling brush which heats up in seconds.
This heated curling brush works great for my hair. I actually found it easier to use if my hair was just barely or slightly damp. It certainly works well dry, but I found I need to use less passes with the brush when my hair is slightly damp. I love how this heats up so quickly, that by the time I brush my teeth it’s ready to go. If you have really long hair, I can see that this will tangle up easily. I have medium length hair and on occasion it would tangle, but that’s to be expected with these brushes no matter the make or model. This is an affordable option if you’re looking for a quick styling brush that heats up quickly, is lightweight and perfect for travel.

Great Results, But Takes Practice with Shorter Hair
This brush really does what it promises when it comes to smoothing and adding shine. On my longer layers, it glides through nicely and leaves my hair looking sleek and styled like I just left the salon. I also like that it heats up quickly and has multiple heat settings so I can play around with what works best for my hair without worrying about frying it.Now, where I ran into some trouble is with my shorter layers. The 1.5″ barrel is just a little too big to easily grab those shorter pieces, so I find myself fumbling a bit and having to go over the same sections more than once. It works eventually, but it definitely takes more time and patience if you don’t have all one length. If your hair is mostly long, you’ll probably love it right away. If you’ve got lots of shorter layers like I do, there’s a learning curve.Overall, I still think it’s a great tool and worth having. Once you get the hang of it, the results are smooth, shiny, and really polished. I just wish it was a little easier to maneuver on the shorter bits of hair — that’s the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five.

A nice tool, but easy to tangle in your hair
The photos show what you receive and how I used the item to create a swept curl look in my hair. I struggled a bit to get the brush through my hair, but I do have very coarse hair, so maybe that’s why. It kept getting tangled, and I had to be careful not to burn myself trying to get it out. I then realized why a heat glove is included. Duh. The heat goes up to 400, and it heated up quickly. I can use this to calm my dry, frizzy hair and create a little bit of oomph, but it didn’t really create curls for me. Also, the effect was gone the next morning, so this is not a one-and-done thing like with a regular curling iron, where I can get a couple of days’ curl with one use. Nonetheless, it will be a nice tool in my arsenal to keep my wildly annoying hair under control.

Works well
This heated electric round brush works well. It heats up quickly and the bristles are gentle on my hair. It makes styling my hair fast and easy compared to using a round brush and hair dryer.I have pin straight, medium fine, waist length hair. I was able to fully style my hair, adding volume to the length and a slight curl to the tips in 10 minutes. My hair is always completely dry before I begin using the brush. It allows me to create a look similar to a salon blow out.The reason I am giving this brush 4 stars instead of 5 is because the brush handle and controls feel a little bit cheap. The power/heat setting button is a little spongy and the plastic of the brush handle feels cheaper than I had expected it to. I don’t know how these things will affect the brush in the long run.Overall, I think this is a nice budget priced hot brush. It allows me to create volume in my too-straight hair. It heats quickly and comes with a heat resistant glove. It is a good entry level option for a hot brush.
