My hair is a bit more on the fine side and has soft waves naturally, I have my hair currently a little past shoulder length for context. These look and are very comparable to the big named brand (starting with a K) rice water soap and conditioner than you can find at big stores! I was very excited to try these out since they are more reasonably priced than that brand but it seemed to fall a bit short! The shampoo firstly has an interesting cereal/milk scent that is almost sweet. There weren’t much suds to it and it did not make me feel like my scalp or hair was clean while in the shower. However, after rinsing and using the conditioner, my hair did appear very clean!The conditioner has a floral scent, but I really cannot quite put my finger on what it is exactly. I will say that because of the finer texture of my hair, conditioner is VERY hard to find that suits me (most conditioners are too heavy and weigh my hair down) but this one is perfect! There were more suds from the conditioner bar than the shampoo bar which I found interesting.The mesh bags are convenient but I do not use them much because I have an open tray built into my shower/tub area so it dries but I do believe that they deteriorate and melt VERY FAST. I don’t know how many total uses I can get out of them, but it’s not much. The bars both are very creamy and soft, making usage difficult under running water or after use. The price point for these bars are a bit on the high side, just due to the usage count of what I’m thinking. I didn’t find it to be too strengthening, since I often deal with breakage or shedding but I have hope that after more consistent use, it could be better.Overall, if you’re in the market for something of this type, it’s not terrible to try (especially if you’ve noticed the K brand in your local stores) but do be warned that they melt down quick!

Sad disappointed
Let say this I don’t review most products if I don’t have anything to say. However I was very disappointed with this product. I have used rice water bars for years I thought I would give this one a try. The little bags that come with each bar is a great idea, however opening up the bar of shampoo it was already starting to flake off and had a very odd smell like burnt popcorn. The conditioner was doing the same thing flaking and breaking as soon as it came out of the wrapping. I don’t think I will be using this brand or purchasing it again

The shampoo was ok. The conditioner foams like shampoos is not silky and leaves my hair dry and tangled. I would not buy again.

I’ve been using this rice water shampoo and conditioner bar set for a few weeks, and I’m really happy with the results. TEN STARS!!!
If I could give this ten stars I would. The very first time I used this my hair felt… weird. Not a bad weird but definitely different. A feeling I’ve never felt before. Clean. This stuff absolutely cleaned my hair. Actually squeaky clean. I love it. And a little goes a looooong way. I rubbed it across my head once, and it lathered up so much! Please don’t ever stop making/selling this because I am never using anything else!

I love the soft that the shampoo leaves my hair unfortunately it don’t last that much, also I won’t recommend the conditioner bar it dries the hair leaving it with a weird feeling.
