Works Well, but the Fragrance Is Strong
This conditioner works really well for my hair. I have fine, straight hair that struggles to stay moisturized living in the desert, and this left it feeling noticeably soft and silky throughout the day without making it feel overly heavy.I also think it’s a good value for the size—the 33 oz bottle is quite large and should last a while. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the fragrance. It is fairly strong, and I personally prefer products without strong artificial fragrances. If you don’t mind scented hair products, though, the conditioner itself does a great job of moisturizing and softening my hair.

Rich, moisturizing conditioner that leaves hair noticeably softer
I’ve been using RUSK Quench Intense Hydrating Hair Conditioner and have been very happy with how moisturizing it feels. The formula has a rich, creamy texture that spreads easily through the hair and doesn’t require a large amount per use.The shea butter formula does a great job adding moisture and improving softness, especially on dry or coarse hair. After rinsing, my hair feels smoother and easier to manage, with noticeably less roughness and a healthier-looking shine.It also works well on curly or textured hair where maintaining moisture is especially important. The conditioner helps with detangling and leaves a smooth finish without making my hair feel excessively heavy or coated.The 33 oz bottle is another major advantage. It’s a generous salon-size quantity, so it should last quite a while even with regular use. The consistency and performance make it feel like a professional-quality product rather than an ordinary everyday conditioner.For the price, the value is excellent. You get a large quantity, rich hydration, improved softness and shine, and a formula that works particularly well for coarse, dry, or curly hair.

Rusk Quench Hair Conditioner
The conditioner is so very thick. The directions say to use it after the matching Rusk shampoo. As I didn’t have that, I used my Nexxus Therappe shampoo. I left it on for three minutes after applying.I comb through my hair before rinsing out my conditioner. This one did fine for that. It has a decent amount of slip. I don’t usually have too much difficulty because my hair is short and not overly thick. I rinsed with cool water. My hair felt so soft as I rinsed it out. The conditioner almost seemed to lather in the sink.It’s not strongly scented. It’s pleasant but I couldn’t quite identify the scent. Perhaps a citrusy almond? I couldn’t smell it after I applied Aunt Jackie’s leave-in conditioner.CONS: They should give some consideration to putting this conditioner in a jar. It’s difficult to squeeze out with dry hands and an all-out physical confrontation to get it out with wet hands.4 STARS: Would I buy it again? Maybe. It’s a good conditioner but expensive. My hair is okay with something cheaper like Aussie Moist. Or if I’m going to spend this much, I’d get a larger bottle of Nexxus for around the same price.

Size discrepancy in description
The item I ordered was supposed to be a 33oz bottle for $24 but I only received a 10oz bottle which is a big difference so I’m basing my review on what I received and primarily the value. While it worked well, I wouldn’t pay that much for this small a bottle.I didn’t love the fragrance but didn’t hate it either. I can’t quite describe the scent but it’s a musky scent and what I’d call more of a winter scent because it smells heavier to me. Similarly, the thickness is on the thicker side which is good for my curly hair and will be especially good in the winter months but take that into consideration if your hair gets weighed down easily.It rinsed out well and left my hair soft. Aside from the price I would recommend this.

Great for Dry Hair
I received the RUSK Quench Intense Hydrating Hair Conditioner. This conditioner has a nice rich consistency and leaves my hair feeling softer and more moisturized. It works especially well on the drier ends of my hair and helps make it easier to brush through afterward. I like that I get the extra moisture without my hair feeling weighed down or greasy once it’s dry. A little goes a decent way too. For the quality and how my hair feels after using it, I think it’s a good value for the money.

Great Hair Mask Like Conditioner
I rarely find a conditioner that does its job, which is why I always have a reliable leave-in conditioner ready when most of the conditioners fail to deliver a desirable result.This conditioner is very thick, more like a hair mask, with a strong but nice scent. Due to its thickness, I would prefer a bigger but shorter bottle with a big opening for me to get it out with my fingers directly and quickly.As usual, after conditioning my hair, I let it sit while cleaning my body, which took about 15 minutes, 12 minutes more than this product’s suggested 2-3 minutes conditioning time. After cleaning everything else, it was time to rinse out the conditioner, and I found my hair very soft and weightless when I rinsed. I intentionally skipped using leave-in conditioners to test its true effects. After my hair dried, it turned out surprisingly well, as I barely see any frizz or stubborn curls. However, its effect doesn’t last as long as some very good leave-in conditioners or hair growth serums, especially after 3 days; but as a non-leave-in conditioner, I still think it deserves a 9/10 rating.

Soft, Smooth Hair Without the Heavy Feel
Rusk conditioner has been a great addition to my hair routine. It leaves my hair noticeably softer, smoother, and much easier to detangle without weighing it down or leaving behind a heavy buildup.I especially love how moisturized my hair feels afterward, and the scent is clean, fresh, and really nice without being overwhelming. It’s a great option if your hair tends to be dry, thick, or difficult to manage. Does keep my hair healthy and shiny.Overall, another great Rusk product that delivers exactly what I want from a conditioner!

Top-notch conditioner works great on fine hair!
Really impressed with this conditioner. The quality is top notch, exactly what I’d expect from RUSK. It works very well on my ultra-fine hair. I enjoy the light scent and it out easily without weighing it down or looking greasy. After using it, my hair is soft and shiny.Only minor thing: it’s a little hard to get out of the container due to the small opening on the lid as well as how thick the product is.Still a strong 5 stars from me.
