This is a great way to try JSM hair care. They’re small because it is a sample set; however, you don’t need a lot of product. Whatever you’re used to using, you’ll need half or less. You can get three to four uses out of each item, and the little bottles are adorable and can be reused.EDIT my niece’s love this stuff like crazy so I got a little set to try and it is amazing. I’m getting another little set to put in my travel bag and a few more sets for friends:-)

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO APPLY BELOW! Do not follow the Amazon instructions on this post for this, it’s incorrect. Everything is in Korean and there’s no instructions. The only thing that’s clear is the shampoo, because it says shampoo lol. I googled everything, each item and how to use.HOW TO APPLY1. wet hair, apply shampoo all over and in scalp. Let sit for two mins then rinse2.Squeeze as much water out of your hair as you can, then apply intensive treatment. Focus on ends of hair and scalp. The heat from your scalp helps the beads melt. Leave on for 5 mins, 15 minutes for deeper treatment. Then rinse(It’s Normal for this intensive product to feel like it’s not really lathering or sudding, it’s not going to feel like normal hair masks, I double checked to make sure it was indeed the hair mask multiple times lol)3. After towel drying hair, apply the Protein Milk Hairpack throughout your hair. You don’t need a lot. This product is basically a LEAVE IN deep conditioner.Now your hair won’t feel better/softer while wet and drying BUT once it’s totally dry, it will feel soft and more easy to work with and frizz free.A lot of people mix up the intensive treatment and the milk pack lol my hair is EXTREMELY damaged. Dry and frizzy, untamed, split ends and nothing works for my hair! Coco and eve is the only hair mask that has ever worked for my hair UNTIL this product. I bought it on a whim because It was only $9 and a full sizes were $40 each. I’m glad I tried it! If it’s not working for you, make sure your doing it correctly

I love the sage-green, no-waste packaging and straightforward design. Yes, the bottles are small, however, they’re larger than I expected and great for trying the products out before buying an expensive full-size bottle. I’d say they’re a bit bigger than most travel size shampoos. Yes. The box is entirely in Korean so I recommend downloading a translator app, if you don’t know the language, or looking at their official website or at their full size products page here on Amazon.When using deep protein treatments, one must consider the porosity and damage level of their hair. Most protein therapy of this type is recommended every 4-6 weeks. In other words, you don’t want to overdo it with this on your hair. Especially if you have wavy or curly hair, please google the “curly girl method”. I have naturally wavy hair that I’ve been growing out. My ends have been looking thin and split so I was looking for something to boost that and this was definitely the ticket. When my hair dried from the shower it was left feeling thicker and shiny. I didn’t notice a difference in softness.I liked the innovative, pointed squeeze tips, something I haven’t seen before. Although, I might have to remove them later to get all of the product out. And I think the price point is pretty fair, actually, for the quality of the product. You don’t need to use it too often and a little goes a long way.I would recommend this set to anyone who is a fan of Korean skin care and hair products(known for being the best in the world) or whose hair is in need of a protein pick-me-up. The only thing negative I have to say is I wasn’t a fan of the fragrances. They were very mild, with hints of sage and green tea but reminded me of a generic “old lady” scent on the whole. Sorry. Okay, I’m posting the Google translate for everyone, which even has ingredients!Cliff’s note version: shampoo like shampoo, intensive treatment like conditioner, milk pack like a leave in treatment. The milk pack left my hair a bit greasy and I wish I had rinsed it out like other reviewers did. Also, while I didn’t notice much of a scent with the shampoo or the milk pack, and conditioner had a very strong and unpleasant scent. I am normally pretty oblivious to scents in general, so I was surprised by how much I didn’t care for it.Also, Google translate seems to think this is for treating hair loss. Didn’t see that in the listing. :/Finally, I give these bottles a 10/10. I love them. They are hard plastic but still squeezable, and have a travel stopper which means you get exactly the amount of product you need and don’t end up with half the bottle in your hands. I will be using these bottles for travel long after the products are gone.
