So far so good
This is pretty simple to use once you figure out the settings. It is quick to use and has not caused me any pain in use. If I use it on darker skin it does cause noticeable heating of the skin but it is not uncomfortable. It probably is less effective in those areas but not painful. It does seem to have slowed the hair growth in the places that I have used it. I will continue to use it and update this review as I get longer term dsta on the overall effectiveness.

Nicely made, neat device
Very sturdily built, nicely made hair removal device that comes in a beautiful box that makes it look truly high-end. The included accessories like a pair of protective glasses and a razor ensure it’s ready to use as soon as you get it. The manual explains how to get the best results and the simple controls make it pretty easy to use.The instructions tell you to shave the skin you’re trying to “zap” before beginning a treatment. The treatments are said to be less painful because of the cooling effect of the device. We had my Greek MIL (who has plenty of dark hair and very slightly dark skin) try this out and she said it was painless and she enjoyed the cooling sensation. Whether this will prevent hair from growing back will take several weeks to determine, but she’s using it as directed. Like any sort of skin care or hair removal treatment, individual results will vary, but this is a well-known and well studied method of hair removal.The device is a little pricy considering what it is, but compared to going to a clinic or salon where these types of services are offered it’s much less expensive.

Convenient way to remove hair at home
This took me some time to review because I needed to find the time to get this done. This takes approximately 8 weeks or so from start to finish to complete this process. If you price out what this would cost in a salon it is astronomical and this is the cost effective alternative.This definitely did work for hair removal, because each week you have less and less hair. What I liked best about it was that it covers a wide area and it isn’t extremely painful due to the cooling effect of the wand.I loved opening up the product because it came in a nice little white box that just made me think that I was getting a wonderful present. Inside of course you have the cord, glasses (which you definitely should use), instructions and the pink wand. The presentation of the product was very nice. I think if I was only grading on that alone I would have given 5 stars.While using it though, I have a little bit of an issue. One of course not being totally sure where I should zap next. So maybe I was not as efficient at using this product as I should have because it doesn’t leave marks or anything to leave a trail to help me to line up exactly where to go next. The other problem I had with this is that it is a little top heavy and smooth at the grip. I ended up putting on coban on the grip so that I didn’t have as many issues using it.Either way, even with the issue that I had I still feel like this is an excellent product due to presentation and that it actually delivers what it is supposed to do.

I’m really impressed with this IPL device so far. First off, the packaging is amazing—very professional and high-end. It genuinely feels like a premium product, especially considering the price point.For context, I already own a Braun IPL device that cost me nearly $400, so I wanted to compare the two. While it’s still too early to speak on long-term effectiveness (since IPL results take a couple of months) but I DID notice my hairs have been thinner and growing less. Overall, the experience using this device has been excellent. It’s truly pain-free, which is a big deal for me. Unlike the Braun, I don’t feel any snapping or burning sensation at all. The sapphire ice-cooling works extremely well—the treatment window stays cold and it even blows cool air, so there’s no burning sensation during use.I also really appreciate the included accessories. This device comes with both a razor and red light–blocking glasses for eye safety, which is a thoughtful touch. My Braun also came with a razor, but it did not include protective glasses like this one did. The Braun did come with different head attachments for more precise targeting (such as for the face), and it also included a carrying bag, which this device does not.If this IPL device came with a carrying case as well, I honestly think the brand could justify charging more—it would make this a nearly perfect kit.The one true caveat is the brand name. I understand that many Chinese sellers on Amazon use randomly generated names to get through trademark approval, but it does cheapen the overall brand perception. That said, the device itself is well-made, thoughtfully designed, and performs far better than the branding suggests.Overall, if you can look past the brand name, this is an excellent IPL device that feels high-end, is genuinely pain-free, and offers impressive value compared to much more expensive options.
