absolutely love them! they’re the only clips that hold up my hair all day without being weighed down or ruin my natural curls. I was skeptical at first since they don’t have the silicone grips, but they work just as well and dont pull my hair when I take them out (so better, I guess). My hair is thick so I can only clip up 1/3- 1/2 of my hair, but they’re perfect for creating cute, work-friendly hairdos on the fly. I dont think i broke any clips, but I’ve managed to lose a lot of them (or my friends and family members have been taking them). Buying them from this seller is a fraction of what you’d spend at the store. I only bought them a few months ago, but I’ll probably order more soon!

Love these clips, and love the price even more
I love these clips way better the goody ones. They’re more durable and the perfect size for my hair. I have averagely thick, shoulder length hair. I’ll usually use them For styling my hair half up..: or fully up thrown a bun when sleeping/getting ready. The cost of them off amazon was basically the same price in the store, for 5x more clips. Which was amazing. I would say I’d buy them again… but I don’t think I’ll need to for a long while.

These are the absolute best clips
My hair is below my butt and I often wear it in a bun. Most hairpins can’t deal with that kind of weight without having so many in it hurts my head. I love these clips because the silicone on the inside holds the hair and just two of these keep my bun in place all day without pain. I was down to the last one I bought 3 years ago. These clips, if you treat them right, have amazing lasting power. The black ones, by the nature of clear vs solid plastic, are a bit more durable in the long run compared to the tortoise shell ones. That being said, you can get years out of them easy.Scünci isn’t a brand we have in Norway and I was super excited to find a seller who would ship to me. I haven’t been back to the States in a while to get some, so this was awesome.

Great but quality is worse than 6 pack
I am a life-long believer in these clips. I know the exact differences between all brands and Scunci is certainly the best!! The spring, hold, and material is not beaten by any other options. HOWEVER – when I buy this size in a pack of 6, there is a noticeable better difference. The ones in these 5-packs get caught in my hair for some reason, whereas the pack of 6 (from Walgreens) don’t. This leads me to believe that the wiring/grip is manufactured differently in these batches. I would still pick these out of any other brand and size of hair clip…but they are NOT the same as the ones sold in packs of 6 from other retailers.

Love these little hair clips
Thank you so much!!! I loved these no slip grip hair clips when I had long hair in a larger size. The only hair clip that wouldn’t pull my hair or fall out. Then I cut my hair shorter and my hair couldn’t fit into the clips any longer so I looked high and low for a smaller version! I found these clips and was skeptical about the price. Seemed too good to be true. I purchased these on a whim after seeing other customers had received 20 CLIPS!! I revived them overnight and all clips were intact and good quality. I love these clips so much and they do exactly what I need them to. I definitely have enough hair clips now to last me until my hair grows back out.

Multi-purpose best clips ever
I use these clips for many purposes. First of all, the best hair clips ever. I have thick hair. This little clip (yes, just one) can keep my long hair up far better than larger clips. The secret is the little non-slip silicon/rubber thing that’s on the clip. I also section my hair, twist and make several buns, each secured with a clip instead of using rollers or iron, use a hair dryer to give heat, undo the buns for natural looking waves. I always have at least one of these clips clipped on my purse strap to keep one handy. I also use these clips for keeping the cords, charger cables, etc. tidy. it’s easy to clip on and off, and it securely keeps the cords nice and tidy. Rather than buying one set at a time at stores, I finally wised up and got a bundle at Amazon. Highly recommended multi-purpose clips!

The day that I finally realized that my hairclips were adding stress to my life was the same day I realized how hard it is to find the ‘right size’ of hair clips online.I usually buy my clips at the grocery store but decided to see if I could get them in bulk from Amazon. In my endless research of Scunci hair clips on Amazon, I discovered what I like to call “The Goldilocks Dilemma.” I vowed to myself that I would use my experience to educate other shoppers on the hairclips I so thoroughly valued in my day-to-day life.Attached to this review is a photo of the three sizes I bought along with currency to help understand their size. None of my clips arrived broken. All of them have rubber inside that helps them hold in place.My one recommendation for fellow shoppers is to buy a bunch of them. Nothing is worse than stressing that you forgot your one good hairclip at home.
