Nice, effective, crisp, would buy again
Very good scissors, and I am something of an affecionado. I buy lots of them and pay attention to good ones. This one isn’t the very best, but it’s also not in the same price range as the very best. For it’s price range, it’s excellent. It cuts crisply without any wiggle. Even at the very tip, it’s well aligned and functions correctly. It was sharp out of the box. The spring functions perfectly. The black handle isn’t the most aesthetically elegant design but it’s comfortable and solid. I like it a lot.

Best I have ever owned, these will cut ANY nail in my opinion.
Hey, these things cut the most stubborn, thick, nails known to mankind. And, they are so sharp you can cut a very very small amount off, if need be. You may find though the need to file the nail a bit afterward. In ending, these are by far the BEST nail scissors I have ever owned, they are worth every penny. Easy to handle, so very smooth to use.

The best toenail scissors I’ve ever used.
Amazing. Brilliant. Finally I’ve found a pair of scissors that actually cut through my toenails as opposed to ripping or chewing them, causing splitting and odd lumps and dips. These scissors require hardly any pressure and the little spring thing that flicks up means that you have really precise control. The curved blades take a bit of getting used to, but it is well worth the effort. I’ve tried a lot of different toenail scissors and clippers over the last fifty something years and these are absolutely the best so far.

Wow, do these things work great!
I’m kicking myself for not buying something like this ages ago. The best tool I’d used prior to this were the scissors in my Swiss Army Knife that I lost years ago. Since then I’ve just been using nail clippers or nippers, but I’d been missing how great it was to trim my nails with those old scissors.I found these in a review recommending other products from this company online recently when I was wanting to find a good tool to replace what I’ve been using, and just got the today. WHY DIDN’T I LOOK FOR THESE AGES AGO???It’s going to take me a couple trims to get used to how to control these because they offer so much control and precision that this time around, I actually struggled with getting them trimmed to close. I also have thick toenails that are a pain to trim with conventional nail trimmers, and these things just slipped right through them like a hot knife through butter and are PERFECT! I’m never going back to anything else. I might even order a handful more of these just so I have spares in case they ever get lost or broken or something. I don’t foresee them ever breaking or wearing out based on how easy these slide through my nails, but you never know. And I’ll be gutted if I ever have to use anything else again!These things are fantastic! I would rate then 6 stars if I could.

I’ve found my perfect nail clipper!
I’ll never go back to regular nail clippers. This thing is easy to use and precise. Nail trimmings don’t fly everywhere iike with regular clippers. Although the description says it’s for acrylic nails, I use it on my regular fingernails (and thicker toenails) with no complaints. It is easy to handle, the spring tension is perfect, the blades are very sharp and have a smooth cutting action. This is my third Seki Edge nail clipper – the others have lasted 7-10 years with regular, normal use before the tips dulled enough to warrant replacement. My wife tried them for the first time and immediately said, “Buy me a pair of my own – I love it!” Hands down the best nail clipper I’ve ever used (including really expensive German made manicure sets) and have absolutely no complaints. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!***

Great mustache scissors
These are great. My husband uses them to trim his mustache. He’s used this brand for at 30 years. I’m glad that I can still find these scissors because every once in a while the house ‘eats’ them. Can’t imagine where they disappear to.

After sometime the distance between the blades increased making it much less effective, will trying to tighten the screw connecting both blades I found out it is not a screw, it is some decorated small pop rivet.. not good

Works for real nail detailing
Using these after using Japanese nail clippers (highly recommended, they cut so well) for when the cut is a little crooked or there’s that tiny bit of nail or skin that protrudes out. It’s like detailing after the rough job in a way. Very useful to avoid tiny bits of nails growing on the sides and getting into your skin.
