    Really Great Shaving Bowl

    Really solid shaving set for the price. The bowl being 3D printed is actually a big advantage—the ridges help build a thick lather quickly with minimal effort.The badger brush is a bit on the firmer side, but that’s pretty typical. It holds water well and works great once you get used to it.The soap has a clean, mild scent that isn’t overpowering, which I like for daily use. Overall, this setup definitely upgraded my shaving routine—especially when paired with a Henson razor.Great value and a nice entry into a more traditional shave.

    Easy and effective soap and shaving bowl.

    This three-piece set works out very well for me because I like to really soap my legs up when I shave. I also use it for under my arms. I know that this is really geared towards men for shaving, but women can use this as well. Simply adding a little water makes a lathering magic. The bristles on the brush are soft and so far they haven’t shedded. The bowl is an average bowl without bells and whistles but it serves the purpose. Good quality shaving soap is pure luxury.

    sandalwood soap smells amazing

    This 3-piece shaving brush kit is a really nice step up if you’re looking to elevate your shaving routine. The sandalwood soap smells amazing! Warm and classic scent, and it lathers up well for a smooth shave. I did notice the lather seemed to dry a bit quickly, but that could just mean I need to use a little more water with the brush or on my skin. The brush itself is a highlight. The bristles are soft and feel great, making the whole experience more comfortable and a bit more luxurious than standard shaving cream. The included holder is also super convenient for keeping everything organized and letting the brush dry properly. My only small downside is the bowl being plastic, which is to be expected for the modest price tag. It works fine, but a ceramic or wood bowl would definitely give it a more premium feel. Overall though, this kit is a great upgrade and makes shaving feel more like a self-care ritual than a chore.

    Very Impressed

    I’m an avid wetshaver, so I was very much looking forward to using this set. The bowl is light and clearly 3D printed. Not a bad thing necessarily, it’s just light and I would be wary of using water that’s too hot in it. I was glad to see aeration grooves in the bottom. This helps you whip up a great lather. The brush is real badger, likely a best badger hair knot. It looks to be a 24mm (where the hair meets the handle), a perfect beginner’s knot. You will need to soak it and break it in to remove dirt and stuff from the manufacturing process.The puck was a surprise. I’ve never heard of this company and there are no ingredients listed, so it was a blind use. It lathers great! Let it soak in warm water to bloom first. The scent is Sandalwood, but there are florals in it, probably Geranium or Lily Of The Valley. Not a bad scent.This is a perfect beginner set that is not too expensive and will help you begin your journey into traditional wetshaving. I recommend it.

    You Won’t Go Back

    This 3 Piece Shaving Brush Set for Men is a luxury that men who use gel or foam out of a can should try at least one time in their lives. You won’t go back. There is something indulgent about using something once considered old-fashioned with a modern razor. The genuine badger hair brush, unlike synthetic brushes, whips up a good lather, and it’s actually a pleasure to brush it into your beard. The shaving soap puck has a scent both you and your partner will appreciate as it is pleasant, but not overpowering.When I get a new puck of soap, I put it into my shaving mug and into the microwave for a few seconds to melt it into place. This step makes it easier to whip up a nice lather. Some soaps I have tried don’t melt consistently as the soap in this set does. As you can see in my picture, this soap melted perfectly.This three-piece shaving brush set makes an excellent gift for Father’s Day or birthdays. Women may also enjoy using it for shaving their legs, as the razor glides smoothly over the skin, leaving it feeling silky and soft.

    I’ve been wet shaving for over 10 years, and this shaving brush set is really cool. This soap builds up a nice rich lather, while it may require a bit more water to achieve a thick lather. The bowl 3D print craftsmanship is standout, as it not only functions as a convenient stand but also the built in ridges help build a rich dense lather. Overall, this is an awesome set that I highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their shaving experience with a traditional approach.

    Entry level wet shaving kit

    This is a decent entry level wet shaving kit. The bowl is 3D printed and has aeration grooves at the bottom which helps build a nice lather. The shaving soap is a good addition to this kit. It has a nice sandalwood and floral notes to it. Once you allow it to bloom, it builds a nice rich lather. The major drawback of the kit is the shaving brush. It’s advertised as a badger hair brush, but it feels very synthetic. Not to mention the bristles kept falling out when I used it. Overall it’s a decent entry level set to get you started if your new to wet shaving
