    Cute Budget-Friendly Tiger Ears with Minor Shedding

    These tiger ears are a cute and inexpensive accompaniment to a costume or cosplay. They contain a thin, flexible plastic headband underneath the faux fur which fits my head well without issue. I’m not sure why the product page would advertise these as “non-slip” or “no-slip,” because these certainly will slip around on your head/hair if touched or jostled. An easy remedy for this is to secure at least one area of the band with a bobby pin to your hair, which should hold it in place. You can use multiple if necessary.The fur covering is soft, feels like a polyester type material. Some of the white “floof” in the ear sheds a bit and it’s easily pulled out, which is something to consider if you are buying these for a child’s dress up bin or something similar where they might be mouthed or played with roughly. You probably don’t want a child swallowing these fibers. If getting these for a teen or adult costume or cosplay, the light shedding isn’t much of a deterrent. There was no chemical smell upon opening the package and the size and color of the item are as described. Priced at under $7, the price is right for an item you will probably only need once or twice a year for a costume or special event. The quality is as expected for the price.

    Cute Tiger Ears With Some Finishing Issues

    These tiger ears are super plush and fluffy, and they have a really cute appearance when worn. At first glance, they look great and give the headband the fun animal look I was expecting.Once I looked at the construction more closely, though, I noticed a few quality issues. Instead of being sewn onto the fabric of the headband, the ears are glued in place. Gluing them wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if the connection had been finished cleanly, but there are some very rough edges around the attachment points. The surrounding fur helps hide some of this, but I noticed the uneven finish almost immediately when I felt around the areas where the ears connect.The inner ear pieces also could have been cut more neatly. The white fabric is shaped more like a square with sharp corners instead of following the rounded shape of the ears. From farther away, this isn’t especially noticeable, but looking at the ears up close makes the uneven cutting much easier to see.I think that’s the main difference between how these look at first glance and how they hold up when you inspect them more closely. The plush material and tiger design are both cute, but the smaller construction details keep them from looking as polished as they could.I still like the overall look of the headband, especially because the ears are so soft and fluffy. I just wish more attention had been given to the attachment points and the inner ear pieces because cleaning up those details would make these look much more finished.

    I always try to order my kids any cute dress up headbands that come up on vine and this is by far the best quality one we have come across yet. This one has plush, soft fur fabric that makes the wide (about 3/5 inch) headband feel padded and very comfortable to wear. I put them on to show my kids, got side tracked, and didn’t even remember I was wearing them until my husband commented how cute my ears were. The contrasting white fur fabric at the center of the ears is also a nice detail that makes them seem a bit more realistic. The ears seem secure even though I’m pretty sure they are glued on rather than sewn.The color of the fur is also the perfect shade for a tiger. It’s saturated rather than dull looking, but not overly orange like some lower quality tiger costumes. Honestly, I think the color and fabric texture look better in person than in the listing photos.This headband is a great option for kids or adults as it’s playful without looking cartoonish, and the fit should work well for most people. Even my husband who has a large head said he found it comfortable. For $6.90 this is a great value.

    My daughter loves to wear headbands and she has a few cat ears, but no tiger ears yet. I liked these because the ears looked bigger and might be adorable. Indeed these are super adorable on my daughter with the larger ears.The material is so soft and plush. The furry material for the most part is well attached to the headband. The ear fur is a patch of white fur that when brushed hides the fur material backing well.The band is easy to wear for me as an adult with no uncomfortable pinching and it fits my daughter super well. She was running around, jumping and being crazy with the headband with no issues. Of course now she wants a tiger tail to wear with it as she has a few animal tails in her collection.The price for the ears is really fair I think. I liked these because how fuzzy these are, and that they have a nice plush look that isn’t a thin velour or something like that. We are really liking this band and I would recommend it.

    Sightor Tiger Ears Headband is a fun addition to a Halloween costume, or a trip to the zoo.These ears are fun, but the fabric is a little cheap-feeling. The ears on mine were placed off-kilter from each other, but otherwise there were no sewing issues. The colors on the fabric are bright, and cleanly printed. There was no fiber shedding.The actual headband foundation is plastic, with ends that curve in just a bit too much. It unfortunately can’t be shaped or adjusted, so if it doesn’t fit, it doesn’t fit. I have a large head, and the band would have fit well except for those curving ends, which dug into the sides of my head.This is a very cute, silly, fuzzy tiger headband.
