    didn’t break out after shaving

    As someone with sensitive skin that tends to break out or get inflamed after shaving, I now have a multistep routine to get the skin and hair soft enough before shaving and soothed afterward.This aftershave balm was moisturizing, didn’t irritate my skin, didn’t have fragrance, and my skin looked just as good after shaving as it did before.Unlike aftershave splash or lotion, the balm takes longer to absorb, which is either a pro or con, depending on whether you want long-lasting moisture or want your face dry to the touch immediately.I cannot credit this as the sole reason my skin didn’t get razor burn or break out. I showered beforehand, washed my face, used the Striking Viking preshave oil, shaved with a fresh razor, and then used this Striking Viking aftershave balm.I will keep this in my shaving routine.

    No Smell, Very Thick

    Another Review from DebuDebuBuckle Up, Lets Go!I gave myself a nice close shave then I used this balm. After the shave, I pumped out a bit of it, and it was very thick. It was really nice and the only scent was maybe what went into the balm. There was no extra fragrance or anything like that.I felt that it did moisturize my skin post shave. Also a little of this goes a long way since it is so thick. You don’t need a lot which means this will last for a good amount of time depending on how much you shave.Also it came sealed in plastic so you know it is tamperproof.I’m thinking of trying the other products as well.

    Feels Great! Calmed My Razor Burn, Left My Face Smooth And Happy

    This aftershave moisturizer balm is fantastic. I usually give myself nasty razor burn on my neck and chin. Regular aftershave stings and burns and makes my face look red and raw. This stuff did the opposite. It calmed the burn and softened my skin and the redness faded away much quicker. The product is a smooth, somewhat thick cream. I needed to add some significant pressure on the little pump to get the product to dispense. A little of this goes a long way, so I don’t need more than one pump’s worth. Really, my face has rarely looked this good post shave, and certainly it did not *feel* this good. Great product, super glad to have it.

    Smells good and leaves my skin feeling nice

    Once thing I’ve really had to battle this year is dry face skin, more so when I shave so I decided to get this to help. It arrived just fine with no spills or anything that I could see. Getting it out it is a decent-sized bottle with a pump. After my recent shower, I decided to shave and after that, I put this on my face. It felt nice and cool and I really liked the smell. A bit later I noticed that my skin was still skin and not the dry scale that I have been getting with the cold. All in all, I can definitely tell a difference when I use this vs when I don’t and I like how my skin feels when I do use it.

    This after shave balm did a good job moisturizing and soothing my skin after my shave. I tend to get pretty bad razor burn and redness after I shave, and I have tried a number of different products to deal with it. Most do very little to relieve the redness, but this one helped soothe the skin and relieve the burn and rednessThis has the consistency of a lotion. It does take a minute to absorb into the skin, but it is worth it for an effective after shave. The only complaint I have is the bottle doesn’t seem designed for this type of thick cream. It comes out with a pump head, but the hole is small so only a tiny amount comes out at a time. This would work better in a jar or squeeze tube
