    I am the owner of a beauty salon and I order sugar paste on regular basis for professional sugaring treatments. I am familiar with all the brands available on the market and was very pleased to discover this new brand of sugar paste. I got a very good feedback from my aestetitians. Sugaring Labs paste is of excellent quality. The jar is quite large.It has a perfect consistency and clarity, heats well, effectively captures hair, and is easy to work with. I love that it consists of natural ingredients, with no artificial fragrances, dyes, or unnecessary components. I like to support local businesses, and this paste is made in America by a small company. I can recommend it for both professional use and home depilation.

    This stuff is INCREDIBLE!I have really struggled with my bikini line… I’ve done probably 18 laser sessions and I still get growth that is itchy and can chafe so I looked into wax. I started with strips… those hurt but didn’t work, so I started plucking because I rather have it grow back super soft if it’s going to grow back at all but that was getting really challenging to maintain and very painfulI tried buying a wax kit and holy heck so many things went wrong, I burned myself, I broke out in a rash, hair came off Incompletely or not at all, and I was left picking wax out of my hair and skin in the shower and ended up with an infection because their spray irritated my gal.I had a friend mention sugaring but I thought it was only something you could do at a salon, but then I found this stuff! INCREDIBLE! Comes in a huge jar so it’s well worth the money and will last a long time. I was able to remove most of my Brazilian bikini line… it didn’t pick up some of the smaller lighter hairs that had just grown back after waxing but it got the long ones left behind after that failure.And not too painful, very manageable compared to my waxing experience10/10 stars

    Tough to remove from jar turns sticky quickly

    I have been waxing myself for 3 years. I use a silicon flicker and this sugar is extremely hard to get out of the jar and it’s the medium. It doesn’t roll on the skin very well until it’s warmed up some. Even with powder it takes a few runs but then turns into a sticky gooey mess. However it will get the job done you will just need to keep repeating which is why I’m giving it 3 stars

    Stiff, sticky and unusable

    As a licensed esthetician, I’m very familiar with sugar paste and proper application techniques, so this isn’t a matter of user error. This paste is excessively stiff and difficult to spread, making it nearly impossible to work with efficiently. At best, it’s uncomfortable for clients because of the excessive pressure required to apply it. At worst, it can be extremely painful. A quality sugar paste should glide easily and minimize discomfort, not create it. Unfortunately, this product missed the mark.

    My wife asked me to order this shugaring paste for her, and I did. Everything arrived in one piece. The paste is dense and homogeneous, and it’s all natural. The process didn’t take her very long. She’s now happy with her smooth legs.

    I was conflicted about leaving a review here as it’s a personal item and I typically don’t leave reviews.I was also conflicted about leaving 3 or 4 stars – so I want people to know.1. USE AS DIRECTED. Ever been sugared before? I don’t mean waxed, SUGARED. Use as directed.2. Made in USA – H*LL YES!!!3. Worked SUPER well (for my less sensitive spots, haven’t tried the painful spots yet, so we’ll see.)4. Was very sticky, stickier than I thought but if you follow the directions (highly recommend baby powder) you should be relatively okay.5. Okay this is where it gets weird. I sugar regularly professionally but wanted to try something at home to save money. This has NEVER happened to me. This bruising appeared the morning after use. Of course I followed all directions on packaging which lined up with my usual sugaring lady, but this is WEIRD and painful!!!!!!! Like WTF is going on here?? I am not allergic to anything and this product seems quality and this was a very easy area to work with. If it was something where I really had to use pressure (ooof) then I would kind of understand as I’m new doing this myself. But this is weird. I was gentle, followed directions, and now I have this weird, spotty bruise (embarrassing!!!!) if you can get past that, then the product is worth it for the price (just “know” what you’re doing).
