    Bad smell. Not effective.

    It has a weird smell, kind of chemical, definitely not pleasant. It makes hair feel softer after shampooing like a typical conditioner, but the effects don’t last after you rinse it. The texture is thicker than a regular conditioner, but the bottle is really small. It’s easy to apply and rinse out, but I didn’t notice any major improvement in shine or strength. It’s fine for a quick moisture boost, just not the rich, intensive treatment described.I wouldn’t buy this product. Originally the price was $14.99, I noticed now it is $9.99. Still at $9.99 you can get a better conditioner that is full size.

    I was surprised at how small this bottle of conditioner was when I received it. For the price, I expected a large bottle. I have long, thick hair and this tiny bottle lasted me about 3 washes.Having said that, this is the best smelling conditioner I have ever used and I miss the scent so much already. It legitimately made my hair so much softer and easier to manage – I have very dry, course hair. I really wish this was offered in a standard size for a decent price, because I definitely can’t afford to keep buying it at this price. But if you want to treat yourself sometime and feel like you are having a spa experience, you could splurge and buy this once for a few uses.Edited 03/2026: I have been so obsessed with the smell of this hair mask, I was craving it for months and got another bottle to splurge. Holy moly, my hair is the softest it’s been in so long. My hair is typically coarse and dry and crunchy – this makes my hair like actual silk. I’m actually hooked on this now. I’m planning to use it as a treatment once a month or so, since it does have silicone that can build up in hair with frequent use.

    Used this after washing and my hair felt noticeably softer once it dried. It didn’t weigh my hair down or leave it greasy, which I appreciate because a lot of deep conditioners do for me with my fine, thin hair. I like the consistency and a little goes a long way. I have very damaged hair due to bleaching, and I really do believe this product helps.

    3 stars – didn’t hurt or ham my hair, didn’t help with moisture or repair of damaged hair or split ends like suggested. I pretty much used the whole thing on my 4c hair, so only the one shot to verify if it was going to work in the travel size provided, maybe it just needs more long term use but in attempting to work as a one off, didn’t work for me.

    Nice scent, underwhelming

    I use a hair mask weekly since my hair is a moisture hog and I highlight with fashion colors so the colored portions could use the extra support.The container is pretty small. I do like this kind of size for travel or trying a new product before committing but I’d be annoyed if I was buying it regularly.I liked the smell though I got more of a sweet rose than orchid vibe but maybe I don’t know what orchids are supposed to smell like. It was pleasant and didn’t really linger on my hair so no complaints.The texture is maybe best described as an almost runny cream. It was easy to work into my hair and the wait time of 3-10 minutes before rinsing is in line with the other hair masks I use regularly.I did feel like my hair was softer and smoother afterwards but the silicones are probably doing the heavy lifting there. I’m not anti-silicone but while I got the initial appearance bump, my hair looked greasy and limp a lot faster compared to my non-silicone products. This is not a good fit for my hair specifically. I’m not sure if this is maybe more silicone heavy than other products I’ve used but the buildup seems to happen a lot faster with it.It does what it promises to some extent and has a pleasant scent but the small size (and relative value) plus how it weighs down my hair quickly makes it a no go for me. Some people have hair that loves silicone though so this could be a great option if you’re one of them.

    My hair is dry and frizzy at the ends, especially in the back. I should be using a conditioning mask more often.After washing my hair, I applied a generous amount of the Sutus hair mask. I waited 3 minutes before rinsing it out, according to the instructions on the bottle. I see from the seller’s description that you can wait 3-10 minutes before rinsing, so next time I might leave it in longer.The result: My hair is shiny, soft, and less frizzy. It looks a lot healthier, although I still need a haircut.The smell is pleasant but not overwhelming.I have long hair and used a generous amount, which was about 1/3 of the bottle.I would recommend this 3.04 oz as a trial size, but hope they offer something larger for regular use.

    It stinks. Literally smells spoiled.

    This smells pretty foul, when I first opened it the odor was like sour dairy. I don’t think I can get past the smell or commit to using it in my hair. The bottle does not have a tamper seal and although the ingredients are all common for hair conditioners I’m just not inclined to use it.
