Really travel-friendly!
Old hair dryer broke, decided to try this one out after a friend recommended. It’s definitely unlike what we’re used to.For one, it’s really small, which is great for us because we spend a lot of time living out of suitcases. And speaking of suitcases, I like that it’s not shaped like a gun, which is maybe just a personal thought.The main point that we like about this device is that it doesn’t get hot like we’re used to. It does make a whole lot of noise, but it’s surprisingly powerful and dries hair in about the same time as a hot one, but it’s just a lot more pleasant in the summer.I’m very satisfied with this hair dryer, even if it’s loud. Will probably go back for this same design next time if I lose this one!

What a pleasant surprise this is!
On a recent plane trip to California, I had to travel with one carry on bag for a 10 day trip. I was able to consolidate my clothing, but space was at a premium in my little suitcase. I had to take just the essentials. For the first time in my life, my travel hair dryer (a foldable gun shaped one) stayed at home. I relied on hair dryers that were in our motel rooms. That worked out relatively OK until one of those hair dryers burned through the handle and burned my hand! It took great effort with hotel staff to get another dryer. I came home from that trip with the idea that things had to change.I did some research and found this little gem. It’s the only “wand” style dryer that I found at the time. It’s pricey so I decided that if I didn’t LOVE it…it was going back.The dryer arrives packaged like something out of Saks Fifth Avenue…VERY fancy, elegant packaging. I would love to pay a bit less for the dryer and have more modest packaging. But it is what it is.I have long hair and short bangs. I have to say that my hair dried about as quickly with this dryer as it does with my bigger every-day dryer. What a surprise that is! This dryer has different speeds of air, and on “high” it REALLY blows!Air comes out of a very small (not much bigger than a U.S. monetary quarter) hole. I found that if I held the dryer farther from my head, it covered a nice large area. And then I could bring the dryer close to my head to work on certain areas of my hair. You can control the heat from very cool, to very hot and everywhere in between.This dryer is a keeper. It fits in my travel toiletry case, leaving a lot of room to spare. As elegant as the case is that comes with the dryer, I put my dryer into a gallon zip-lock bag to reduce size and weight even further for travel. The included case makes the dryer take up much more room, sort of defeating the whole purpose of getting it in the first place.All in all, this is a very good purchase for travelers.

Took traveling died before first time usage
This product is being marketed as a travel, friendly hairdryer. My return window closed 10 days ago, at home it worked perfectly. I plugged in for the first time in Peru and the hairdryer popped loudly and stopped working. I guess it’s not so travel friendly as it apparently cannot take 220.

this little dryer it’s crazy.the minimum air its really strong, not really suitable for curly people (like me) if your goal is to define your curls.I haven’t try to style my hair with it, but dryes quickly, which is great if you are limited in time.it’s not heavy, I bought a hair dryer for curly hair and OMG it was too heavy 😅, I gut used to this tiny dryer, so I only curl my hair for special occasions, it’s too much work, now I dry my hair with this tiny dryer from the top to avoid my hair going crazy and once I finished, I make a protective style to avoid damage or tangles.It might work perfectly for straight hair.It’s been 10 months since I bought it, it’s used twice a week, it’s a powerful and reliable hair dryer.It can dry my bulky hair, high density, curly, healthy in 15 minutes, I’ve never dried it that quickly before.

Amazing air velocity.
Needed a small hair dryer for travel and RV. This only has 850 watts, so I was skeptical it would be adequate. I am thrilled with this dryer! It has more air velocity than my big dryer. My hair is mid-back and thicker than most. This was a surprising product. It won’t scorch your hair, or blow out breakers. I’m very happy.

Compact & powerful, but not warm/hot
Love how compact this hairdryer is for travel and it has great adjustable, blowing power settings! However; the heat settings are very low. The lowest is cold, second room temperature and third a tiny bit warmer than room temperature.
