HIgh quality, strong, sturdy basic hair tools!
Teenitor’s 470 piece hair pin set is such a great find!The hairpins and bobby pins in this set are the strongest and sturdiest I’ve ever owned. Between the quality and the colors, they feel like hairpins you’d buy from a fancy beauty store at five bucks for ten little pins. The black and blonde colors are standard, but nice. It’s the deep copper color that’s the star of the show for me. It’s a sophisticated color that will look good with hair of any shade (and will look amazing with any steampunk cosplay!).The hair nets are crammed into impossibly teeny baggies, and feel so lightweight that I assumed they were worthless. My mistake! I didn’t realize I had a crazy jagged broken nail when I tried one on (the brown one in my photo), and even after I played with it for a couple of minutes, it came away completely unharmed, and reusable. These are tough little feather-light hair nets.The hair bands were another surprise. I’ve never seen this kind before, so I wasn’t expecting the incredible amount of stretch. They seem quite strong, although my hair’s a bit too short at the moment to give them a good try (and the cat was a really poor sport about volunteering to help with my experimenting). I tried using a couple as regular rubber bands to bundle pencils, and they held well.The plastic case is great to hold the hairpins and bobby pins, along with whatever other small bits and pieces you want to store. It’s a bit of a chore to fit the hair net and hair band baggies back into their little spots, so it’s easier to keep those elsewhere. The case is so sturdy, and closes so securely that I’d love to buy another one so I could use it for other things.I know I’m gushing, but this set is a rare win for quality and longevity, especially these days. I never thought I’d find “Buy It For Life” bobby pins, but here we are. I happily and strongly advice this set for yourself, as bridal party gifts, or as part of a fun Spa Day gift bag. You could also break this set up, putting a few of each color of bobby pin or hairpin onto a cute card as stocking stuffers, or small gift add-ons.

Great Quality Pins With Useful Color Options
This set is going to be awesome for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. We are doing a beautiful updo for her hair, and having plenty of good quality pins on hand is one of those little things that suddenly becomes VERY important on wedding morning.The bobby pins and U shaped pins feel sturdy and have a good amount of grip, so I feel confident they will actually hold an updo in place instead of slowly working their way out as the night goes on. I also love that you get black, brown and gold because we will be doing more than one head of hair that day.The brown elastics will be perfect for my daughter’s hair because they blend in so much better than a bright or contrasting elastic. The gold pins are especially great for the bridesmaids with blonde hair. They disappear much better into lighter hair than black pins and make the finished style look cleaner.We probably will not use the hairnets, but almost everything else in this kit will absolutely get used between the bride, bridesmaids and everyone else getting ready.Honestly, my favorite part may be the storage case. Wedding morning already involves a ridiculous number of little supplies, and the last thing I want to do is dig through makeup bags and drawers looking for the right color bobby pin. All I need for my dancer
This set includes 470 pieces across bobby pins in three colors, U-shaped pins, and ballet hair nets, all organized in a compartmented box so nothing gets tangled or lost in a drawer. The pins have a firm hold, which matters for my dancer since her hair needs to stay put through rehearsals and performances without slipping loose. Strong, but Overly Shiny Pins
This Teenitor hair accessory set is an extremely good value. I have two daughters, so between the three of us, we have a need for all three colors. I really like how strong the Bobby pins are. They hold my daughter’s thick, curly hair as well as my fine hair. I was worried they would bend out of shape but that isn’t the case at all. My only complaint about the hair pins is that they are all very shiny. They stand out rather than blend into our hair because they catch light so much. This is a minor complaint considering the great quality of all of the pieces.I feel like this sets us up to be able to do any hair style on all three of our hair colors/types. It is a very versatile set for our family. I am also impressed with the bun nets. They can hold a lot of thick hair, but also be pinned back where they hold my small amount of hair. Everything is really easy to use and gets the job done. I know, even with the handy case, we will loose a bunch of the pieces. As long as they don’t change the price, I plan to buy this again.
